Overland Park

I lived at Overland Park for almost 2 years and I can honestly say it was a pleasure. I think what sets them apart is they seem to actually care about the people who live there and what them to enjoy it. For instance, they would open the pool early or keep it open late based on weather. Other area apartments are dying to save money and keep it closed.

The apartments themselves are nice. They have community events. And for the most part, neighbors are respectful.

Overland Park really is the place to be in Pickerington! The community is quiet, relaxed, and feels like home. The staff in the leasing office are always extremely helpful, friendly, and extraordinarily professional. The complex is always clean and well kept. No complaints here, I see no reason to move anytime soon!

My wife and I have lived here at Overland for about 8 months now and we’ve been really happy with it so far. We learned about it because our friends lived here before us and had great things to say about it. We love the pool, the charcoal grills available at the pool and new pavillion, the gym, the leasing office people, the maintenance guys, and our dogs love the dog park! The place has a great neighborhood feel to it. I feel safe and secure to walk around with my dogs at night.

We love that the leasing office is regularly planning fun activities for the residents like movie nights, valentine’s day party, taco night, trivia night, etc. They’re always fun!

We appreciate that maintenance responds really quickly to maintenance requests and is so friendly. Any concern or question we’ve brought up to the leasing office they’ve done their best to address and always are very professional and kind in the way they treat everyone. We would highly recommend Overland to anyone looking for a place to rent in Pickerington!

All of the office staff is so friendly and the neighborhood is FANTASTIC!! Jessica, Bree, and Karen are the best at what they do and Rio & Ryan with maintenance are always on it no matter how minor or severe your work order is! Very proud to be a part of the community!

Best Apartments in Pickerington!! Lovely spacious Apartments, Office staff is extremely friendly, monthly residents events, and prompt maintenance response. I highly recommend this nice small apartment community!

My husband & I have consistently experienced the best support services with Overland Park . The entire staff is friendly, helpful, thoughtful, understanding & compassionate. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request, I have received a prompt & kind response - whether it be changing a light bulb or servicing a plumbing or electrical issue. The maintenance is fabulous. And anytime I call the front desk, I am greeted with a friendly voice ready to help me with any situation. Thank you to the staff so much for caring about us and for being so attentive to our needs. You are truly appreciated. We just love it here! I cannot say enough good things about our stay here and would highly recommend Overland Park to anyone for their next move. Lynn

This is truly an unusually wonderful apartment complex to live in! It is beautiful, well maintained, and has fun activities like Trivia Night and cookouts -- with gift cards as prizes! They are attentive to details -- like keeping the pool sparkling clean--and everyone in the Front Office is helpful and just plain nice to work with! I can't say enough about the Maintenance Staff, particularly Ryan, who goes far above and beyond the basics, and who is always prompt, cheerful, and does a great job. I've lived here for 6 months, and look forward to many more!

Me and my partner have lived at Overland Park for about 2 1/2 years. Place is beautifully built and what you get in your monthly rent is fabulous, a gym, beautiful pool, fire pit, grill station, 3 dog parks! Oh and let’s not forget my favorite, the Starbucks bar! Also the residents here are very sweet and kind. Kids playing and having a good time, resident get togethers are a must to attend! As for the team , Tim the property manager is attentive, respectful, and cares about your concerns (if you even have any!) Jessica the assistant manager is absolutely fantastic as well. The leasing consultant Alyssa is such a good addition to the team and will drop everything to make sure you are taken care of. Would recommend x 1,000!

We have been here at Overland for about 7 months and have loved every second of it (especially with the new management!!)! It is always clean and well kept as far as the trash and the landscaping goes. We love the exterior and interior aesthetics and have had many positive comments about it with our guests. The management team does a great job at responding to emails in a timely manner and the maintenance crew does a great job fixing things quickly. It’s such a family-friendly place that we love living in! We have no complaints and wish we lived here sooner!!!

Out of our four years here at Overland This has been a wonderful, sweet, amazing place to live the manager. Jessica is amazing. She works with you and she’s also very very thorough on her information that she gives you which is a plus I think this is a great community to live in!

I just recently moved here and let me tell you it’s been a great experience! Everyone is friendly and the staff always is so polite and cheerful when I see them. The apartment is roomy and I’ve got a beautiful pond view with a family of ducks swimming around! The apartment complex is lively with activity but the apartment itself is very quiet. Free coffee in clubhouse, gym, pool…what more could you ask for? I give Overland Apartments a two thumbs up!

We’ve lived her for 3 years and it’s been one of the best experiences I’ve had at an apartment complex. It’s kept clean, everyone is nice, great amenities and we’ve never had any issues with anyone here. Plus, great location! You won’t find a better complex in Pickerington! I’ve rarely had to have maintenance come but when I did, they are quick and efficient.

This place is great! Everything you need is here! Pet friendly, very clean, Quiet apartments, You're close to everything. The staff here is so friendly. They are quick to resolve issues too. I put in a work order for the fridge malfunctioning..I figured they would get to the problem in a day or two..it wasn't even 5 minutes after I submitted the order online and jessica called me asking if they could fix it now. It was fixed within the hour. They have a pool, a nice gym, events all the time like trivia, pizza day, margarita day ect. If I could come up with 1 negative thing it would be the parking.. sometimes the parking by my apartment gets filled up the later it gets in the day. No big deal though, I just have to walk a little further. I'll live. Nothing is ever perfect. Definitely recommend staying here though!

This property is great! Just moved in, in January, and the office staff has been great with my transition to a new home! The apartment is great and maintenance has been immediately on top of the minor items I’ve had. Super quiet community with plenty of nice neighbors very close to all that Pickerington has to offer! Free coffee is my fav!

We just recently moved to Overland Park back in May, and WOW!!! We absolutely love it here, decent size apartment complex and very quiet. Everyone around here is super friendly and we rarely ever have problems and if we ever do the leasing office is usually always helpful and make sure our needs are met. The inside of the apartment is a perfect size and it’s very homey and I love coming home! I would 100% recommend this place if you are looking:)

Overland Park is by far one of the best places to live. I’ve been a resident for 2yrs and have loved everything from the apartment itself to the gym, pool/firepit area, the free coffee bar, and even the incredible staff up front! Jess, Karen, and even Jess’ dog Sweetie really know how to give a warm welcome everytime you see them! Wouldn’t recommend anywhere better! If you’re looking for a great place to live with great staff and amazing amenities, Overland Park is the place! 10/10

We LOVE living here! The community is quiet and all of our neighbors are so kind. But the icing on the cake is the incredible management team. Halley has made the moving process a breeze, addressed any concerns we had quickly and effectively, and has checked in on us to make sure we feel welcomed in our new home. The apartments themselves are clean, and well maintained. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

I love, love , love 💗 this amazing place that I can call home. It’s a quiet, clean, super friendly, safe, pet friendly and awesome amenities. My kids are able to play outside in this awesome and safe community. The girls at the office Alessandra and Halley they’re the bomb. They really take care of the community as of all residents. Something else I love about here is that they do different activities and special things for the residents. In this place they truly care about you. Moving here was one of my best decisions and I recommend 100%. Stop by and check it out!!! Promise you will not regret it.

I could not recommend overland apartments more! All the staff are very helpful and kind, especially maintenance. You can put a work order in and have someone answer you that day, definitely the fastest response I’ve experienced with renting! It’s in a great up-and-coming area.

I moved in the beginning of March and this is an amazing community. Very clean and maintenance is super quick to respond with any issues but hardly ever have any. They do a lot of activities and everyone I’ve met in the complex is very friendly. They are also pet friendly and love meeting all the local doggos in the complex. Amazing all around.
