I recently experienced a dental emergency shortly after moving to the US, I was having severe pain on the broken tooth. Despite struggling to secure an immediate appointment elsewhere, I was fortunate to discover Healthy Smiles Dental Care from my friend. Their team, led by Mary and Midha, went above and beyond to accommodate me on the same day. Their professionalism and kindness were truly exceptional. Thanks to their expert care and prompt attention, I received the best treatment possible, and my pain was swiftly alleviated. I'm incredibly grateful to Mary, Midha, and their dedicated staff for their outstanding service and compassion during a challenging time.

I have been going to Dr. Midha's clinic for several years, basically soon after moving to Ohio. I have been pleased with Dr. Midha and her staff, and also the friendly reception and help I always receive from Mary. Dr. Midha is always very pleasant and takes the time necessary to discuss what's needed in my dental care. I hope this practice keeps doing what it is doing so well, and I have recommended it to other people.

I was nervous about bringing my Mom to the dentist because she has dementia and it has been a long time since her last cleaning. Dr. Midha and her assistant made this experience so good for my Mom and I. Despite the bad condition of my Mom's oral health, Dr. Midha took every opportunity to make my Mom feel comfortable and safe. She focused our visit on her most immediate issues, gave my Mom time to recover and relax after she cleaned each tooth and showed a lot of compassion. I was so impressed and grateful for her expertise, patience and care. And the front desk manager, Mary, went above and beyond by personally calling my Mom's medicare health care insurance carrier the day before to ensure she was covered. Mary explained all the covered and out of pocket costs in advance of our visit. A really great experience!

Very friendly staff. Great customer service. Patiently listened to my dad’s dental problem, explained the procedure in detail , made him comfortable and took care of it in a timely manner. I’ve been going to Dr. Midha for over 13 years. Her personal and staff service, customer relations and genuine care for her patients have always been consistent. It’s for this reason, when my children reached an age for dental appointments, I entrusted Dr. Midha in caring for their smiles. Whether I’ve had a regular appointment scheduled or if it was a dental emergency, she’s always made accommodations to ensure my teeth and concerns were cared for.

I love love love the staff at Healthy Smiles Dental Care! Dr. Midha is amazing. I had a bad bike crash and knocked out/broke a few teeth and she worked her magic and had me good as new in one visit. I had a dental emergency the Friday before Labor Day weekend and my dentist ended up closing before getting back to me so I wasn’t able to get in to them. That said, after calling dozens of dentists I found Healthy Smiles and they were so nice and worked to get me in same day right before they closed. Thanks to them I was able to get on an antibiotic and did not have to deal with pain all weekend. Thank you so much!!

I have been Dr. Midha's dental patient since the beginning of her practice in Mason. That's about 13 years now. She and her staff have provided professional and compassionate services throughout. Under her care, I have received top notch dentistry from the biannual cleanings, root canals, crown, bridges and implants. When needed she has referred me to professional dentists for services per their area of expertise. She remained connected for the duration ensuring the outcomes of my care were successfully met rendering me with good health and a healthy smile. My entire family including grandchildren are under her care for their dental needs. For our family Dr. Midha and her staff are family.

I truly can’t say enough great things about this office. Dr. Midha helped me feel relaxed and calm and was very friendly. The entire staff was incredible, and Mary went out of her way to help me with the timing of my appointment. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

She was very patient with me and she continued working on my veneers to make sure I am happy and satisfied.
My veneers look very natural and it’s hard to recognize they are veneers.

Amber was an excellent hygienist. I hadn't had my teeth cleaned in a long time but I didn't feel a twinge of pain. Dr. Midha's exam was quick but thorough. She made sure I understood what work needed to be done and she helped me decide how to prioritize each procedure I needed. The office is clean and the administrator was very friendly and helped me get a pre-auth for the fillings I need to have done. I highly recommend this dentist.

Dr. Midha and her staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. I am always treated like family when I go in for my appointments. I used to have anxiety about going to the dentist but now I feel very comfortable. Dr. Midha always takes her time to teach me what is happening in my mouth. She showed me my issues with her camera and reviewed my xrays in detail with me. This dentist is amazing. She even caught my sleep apnea! Cannot say enough about this office.

I am so happy to write this review. One of my crowns fell off and a big cavity on the tooth behind it got exposed. Dr. Midha and Nissa carefully fixed both the things within 30 minutes. They were full of consideration and compassion towards me and it was fairly painless. I was extremely satisfied with the visit and won't hesitate to go there again!
