I've spent a fair amount of time in dentists' chairs and I can guarantee that you won't find a better experience than with the Erbeck family, including their staff. Top notch dental work, very friendly environment, and Steven is a class act.

Never mind our semi annual cleanings and X-rays at Erbeck’s family dentistry! The whole office from front desk, hygienists, and Dr. Stephen are great! Thorough, professional, friendly and great rapport with patients and each other!

It's always been a family atmosphere ever since I started going there over 30 years ago. This past year it feels even more like family.

Staff is very friendly and supportive, listening to my needs and either addressing them or guiding me to the correct resource.

Appreciate that appointments start on time, very friendly and knowledgeable doctor & staff. They take great care cleaning our teeth and providing guidance to my boys in their oral healthcare. This office came highly recommended when our family dentist retired. Wish we had been coming here for years- so grateful we are now in their hands. :)

General appointment. Hygienist does an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Dentists are caring, informative and provide excellent dental care.

This dentist office experience was the best I’ve had in 26 years of my life. Not only is the building itself built by his ancestors brick by brick, but continued to be own father to son, most likely continued on. The office is gorgeous and you can tell they invested a lot into making it visually stunning and comfortable. My wait was extremely short. Within 5 minutes of me arriving. Doctor erbeck and his employees not only care about the care of their patients, but also their comfort. The woman who cleaned my teeth today was extremely friendly and a pleasure to talk with. She was very attentive to pick up my pain due to my own neglect, not anything she did. She also went out of her way to apply numbing gel. After her cleaning, they were able to show me the X-rays from before and after so I can see how efficiently they cleaned my teeth. I could literally see the difference! Doctor erbeck himself(son) was very attentive and was very informative and took the time for any questions I had. The front desk ladies were very kind. Even when I was waiting up front for those 5 minutes it was enough time for 2 people waiting to tell me they and their families have all come there for many many years. I love that kind of dedication, it shows consistency.

This type of care and customer service I will be having my entire family transferred to this office. I can’t wait to get my girls in there! Thank you so much to you & your staff.

Update: my girls (7+4) have now come and we adore this office EVEN MORE! They are so patient and kind .. what kids look forward to the dentist?- mine do :) we love miss Kristy the hygienist! She really goes above and beyond for the littles!

Great service. Doctor Erbeck is incredible at what he does and is very kind.

I have been going to Erbeck Dental since I was a small child and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. They take such great care of you and really get to know you.

I had a great first visit experience. All of the staff was wonderful. You can tell they really care about the practice and are appreciated and treated well. The dentist was also knowledgeable and caring.

Always a great experience when I visit Erbeck Dental. All the staff are wonderful and always making sure I am comfortable. After being in Florida for 10 years I still can’t find a dentist that measures up so I just come back for my cleanings. They never “make up” things that need to be done.

The Dental Hygienist was amazing!!!! She gave me the option between the water pick and scraping with instruments. That was awesome because I am not a fan of the water pick and I didn’t realize I had a choice. She was friendly and explained all that she was doing and saw. Dr. Erbeck was amazing as well. Did the exam spoke to me about what he saw and if he had any concerns. Both the Hygienist and Dr. Erbeck remembered me and ask questions about my family. They are truly awesome!!!!!

I really like this dental office. The office staff, hygienist and dentist are non judgemental, kind and caring. I had a painful extraction this time,(no fault of theirs) because I waited so long to take care of the issue. I have had cleanings, and other work done here, by gentle , caring staff. They deserve the 5 stars.
