I've never posted a public review, but am compelled to recommend SP Agency and the Wittenbaum family. They're everything you would want in a trusted vendor - always available, knowledgeable, and super-responsive. I had both a personal residential insurance need and a business insurance need recently. Fred and Jeremy had me completely taken care of before another agency gave me the courtesy of acknowledging my emails. This is a superb agency.

Excellent customer service, knowledgeable and strive to provide the best for their clients! SP Agency knows their stuff when it comes to insurance - they have never steered me wrong, and when I had a claim--a Friday night roof leak during a rain storm--they backed up everything they said by taking my whiny call and sending someone out at night in the rain to patch the roof to keep the damage from getting worse.

But even more than their actions during the calamity, the simple assurance that they were responsive and supportive during this crisis did the thing that insurance is supposed to do - put our minds at ease. I had no doubt that they were on top of the situation and would take care of things so I no longer had to worry.

Insurance is about far more than just premiums. SP Agency proves it.
