The owner's wife remembered me from a phone call after 3 years of not going here. They helped me a lot by telling me what their stock was for my medication so I could inform my doctor how to write my script for me so I wouldn't go a day without meds. They were kind enough to call me & let me know my meds were ready! I have since switched all my meds to this pharmacy!

Let me tell you a little about this pharmacy before you make the mistake of filling your prescriptions here. I'm not a patient at VitaCare, but my fiancé decided to support a small business and this had been our experience: Despite the "hours" listed online, VitaCare randomly decides to close and not dispense prescriptions, and they don't have the decency to even write on a post-it note and stick it to the front door to let you know. Half the time (I'm being generous here, it's more than half the time) they won't pick up the phone, and when I've gone over there to pick up rxs during their ~hours of operation~ the door is locked and the front is barred. The lack of consideration for patients is astounding, as forcing a patient to go without their medication is pure negligence. If you're going to have random hours of operation and close on a whim, why don't you open a lemonade stand, because that is essentially what you are. Words of advice: DO NOT FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE.

They never answer the phone so I can never get my prescription on time. Needs to get better customer services!
