The people here were great! Everytime I called they got my questions answered and the information I needed right away. I like that they send updates through text. Everyone there was super nice! They also did a wonderful job with fixing my vehicle as well! They went above and beyond! If I could give more stars I would!

Brought my work van in for a door alignment and was seen and taken care of on the spot. They fixed the door that nobody else could figure out. Very friendly and professional! Will be coming back for any body work needs. Definitely recommend

I can only speak for the first 5 minutes of walking into the location. I was greeted with a smile and a positive interaction. I will definitely be updating with photos of the actual damage and the repair done. But so far, the customer service is great! They have coffee, hot chocolate and water on the ready and a nice sofa for waiting.

Edit: as promised I would write a final review. The service was done in under 4 days for my minor damage. They repaired my car to perfect condition. The paint is perfect since I have a special kind of paint. They were great with communicating with me. The first photo is before and the second is after. My only issue was the tail light seemed a little loose, so I took it in and they checked it and made sure everything was attached correctly, since then, it's been just fine. I would highly recommend service king. They don't price gouge anyone. They gave you a fair price for the time and damage done.

Had a great experience working with Byron at this location! I was a victim of a hit and run and had to have my bumper replaced and exhaust fixed. Byron updated me every few days via text on the status of my car and they even finished it 5 days before their original estimated time! They also gave my exterior a good wash, vacuumed my floors, and dusted the interior without an additional charge before I picked it up! Thank you all so much, I’ll be recommending the entire team at this location moving forward.

They got my car fixed ahead of schedule and did an excellent job. The dealership I bought the car from said they couldn't have it fixed until April, 2023. Service King had it fixed Dec. 30, 2022. And they didn't shortcut anything. It is like a new car. They were professional and just overall excellent to work with.

I had an amazing experience at the Southwest Columbus, Service King. My car was fixed earlier than promised and they made my car look brand new, again. I was so heart broken when someone threw something out their window and hit my BRAND NEW 2022 car. They hit my car so hard that it messed up my hood pretty badly, there were multiple deep dents and scratches not only on the hood but on my windshield as well. However, now you would NEVER be able to tell anything happened to it! When I saw my car for the first time after it was finished, I felt SO grateful for the Service King staff for treating my car with such good care. I would definitely use Service King again if anything ever happened to my car again! I feel 1000% comfortable referring my friends and family to this location as well!

Absolutely phenomenal work. Was quoted a week by insurance for a big dent left in my bumper from a hit and run in a store parking lot. Not only was my car finished early, the work was top notch!! I will be bringing my car here from now on! Very friendly and informative staff as well!!

I had my car repaired here after a fender bender, professional and very kind down to earth staff..enjoyed the motivational stuff on the walls for sure!..made me feel very welcome and Corey’s communication was great..they like to work through text if it works for you and gets you info quick and to the point about your repair…I went to Sullivant Avenue location and loved talking to Cam at front desk through the process..such a nice guy and kind person, makes you feel very welcome even though you don’t want to be there due to the fact that had you not had an accident you wouldn’t be..they get that..my car looked better than it did inside and out than before I had the accident! I was a little worried about it being on Sullivant Avenue but nothing but professionalism..hey Cam, take care of Sushi the goldfish…learned that little detail through the process as well..very funny and really liked this place..hard to come away with that impression many times given you are miserable to even need to be there..great job everyone!

No hidden surprises; the estimate they gave me was dead on. Had one little problem after I picked up my car which they fixed right away. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

My car was parked in front of my home October 23, 2020. An unidentifiable vehicle, backed into the front drivers side causing what I thought was irreparable damage. The vehicle was still drivable except for front light damage and sensor issue. Took my car to Service King on Sullivant Ave that morning. Transition was smooth between Allstate adjuster, rental car exchange, and servicing my car. Got my car back within at least 10 days. It looks beautiful and drives well too. Thank you Chris Brown and your crew for your professionalism. Would highly recommend your business.

I was unfortunately rear ended at a red light and I had to find somewhere to take my brand new Jeep to get fixed. I was told to go to service king by the insurance company and it was the best decision ever! They had my car done in legit 4 days! They also cleaned my car inside and out!!!! I’ve never had such an amazing experience! Super fast, super professional, 10/10 highly recommend! You would never know I had work done on my car!

Had some damage done to my car right before Christmas and was nervous about getting repairs done since my last vehicle was leased but i now own this one. Received my car back quickly but there was still a clicking fan noise. I called and left a voicemail for Steve he called me back within the hour and I told him my concerns and had my car in that same day and remedied within 30 minutes of arrival. Very quick, professional and cared, would recommend and use them again for any future repairs needed. Thank you!!

Experienced the highest quality customer service at this business. Not only was the person assigned to work with me super helpful, every staff member who walked by as I waited greeted me with a smile, drink offer, etc. Staff made the atmosphere warm and welcoming even at an early opening hour. Such a breath of fresh air in terms of professionalism and especially appreciated during the stressful time of needing car repairs. Will recommend!

I hit a deer and the front right of my car was DESTROYED! That fixed it up perfectly in a short time. They were friendly and helpful. They were happy to answer all of our questions. I've been to them before and I am happy every time. I totally recommend them.

Recently had my daughter's car repaired here after a minor accident that resulted in damage to the passenger side front quarter panel and door. Brandon was our service advisor and he was fantastic. He kept both my daughter and I appraised of the progress and had the car returned to us on the promised date and it looked great!

They took care of my car great two times I had gotten hit, and did a thorough job detailing the inside too! Also they were happy to look at small little stuff like clips or gas door not opening well and fix the small stuff not caught the first round thru immediately.

My wife's Jeep Compass was hit in our apartment complex one night. Whoever hit it left so we were graced with the repairs. We had 3 large scratches (one completely through the paint) on the driver's side rear panel, another on the drivers side rear door, and part of the same door was pulled out like it got caught on something on their car. Through Geico, we brought it to Service Kings for repairs. Could not have possibly been happier unless they provided a 4 course seafood meal with every repair. We were POLITELY greeted when we arrived (which can be an anomaly at times in any customer service). After we were sent to the lobby to wait for the inspectors, nearly every employee that walked past greeted us and a few even offered to get us coffee. Mike from Geico and Mike from Service King were very professional and kind in their inspections and interactions with us. They gave us a reasonable quote and a rough estimate of a week for repairs. We were texted the entire time our car was there updates. 4 days after drop off (which, ya know, isn't a week), we were contacted that our car was done. It was right before they closed so Geico Mike extended our rental for a day so we didn't have to hurry in from 30 minutes away. When we got it the next day, the car looked great. Could not even tell it got hit. If I am being nit-picky, they did leave a little bit of...well not sure what it was. Some sort of white powder where the scratches were. But it came right off with a towel and looks good as new. Hopefully we won't have another accident anytime soon but if we do, we will definitely be using Service King.

I am a repeat customer, although it has been several years between my visits (thankfully). Danny was very sweet and accommodating, he was helpful and professional. They did the work expertly, got the job done on time and kept me updated on the repairs. I highly recommend First Impressions for body and mechanical repairs!!!!!

Service Kings (4000 sullivant ) is awesome. I brought in my vehicle with bumper and fender work required and any other repair issues that were found.
Got text updates daily. Was finished when estimated. Paint match and finish matched my vehicle perfectly. Anyone who would leave a bad review is just a disgruntled person at heat. I Highly recommend Service Kings (4000 west sullivant) !
