Village Family Restaurant

My husband and I love this family diner. We have never had a bad meal here, nor an unpleasant experience with the employees. They waitresses are always sweet and attentive. The menu has quite a selection, and their daily specials are wonderful.

Wonderful little diner in the beautifully quaint town of Waynesville. The employees are so kind and cheerful, adding to the pleasant feel of the cozy family eatery. Perfect place to start off your day of antiquing! The corned beef hash was especially good, a nice pairing with their delightful coffee. Check them out... you won't be disappointed!

My first visit! A friend took me and I'm a southern girl so ...I had soup beans and homemade sweet cornbread, it was so good! Then ordered peanut butter pie for dessert!
I was very pleased and our server was so gracious and so nice!
I recommend this restaurant if you like homemade food. The salad was great with their house poppyseed dressing!

This establishment had been highly recommended for me to visit for awhile. I finally had the opportunity to experience this for myself and let me tell you they don't disappoint you. Upon arrival the amazingly friendly staff team greet you and help you choose from their diverse comfort food menu. The food arrives to the table at the right temperatures with great presentation. The tastes are exquisite and the portion sizes are great for what you're paying for. The management keeps the teams and restaurant well organized and clean. When visiting or driving through Waynesville Ohio you must stop by and try something from their awesome menu selections. I recommend FREE PIE Mondays. I definitely plan to revisit again soon!!

A wonderful small town dinner. Staff was wonderful- paid attention to our table without being overbearing, very sweet and timely dispite an almost full house. Food was great, exactly what i expected and everything looked so good i almost wished i ordered what everyone else did. Hit the spot. Price was absolutely reasonable.

This is a popular eatery in this little town, popular enough that you have to make sure that you make time to come here preferably on a weekday. since it is off the trail for the cyclist you actually have a lot of bicycle people that come and visit the patio often. whatever you do try to make sure that you get their cornbread It's fresh and delicious as for the other things in the menu a little bit of Americana decent hamburgers enjoy.

Always ate here as a kid, still eat here now. Really good food and service! They get really busy though unfortunately...parking can be a little hard when it's packed but it's worth it. Has 2 gender neutral restrooms with diaper changing stations inside. Very nice.

If you haven't been here, you need to try them out. Breakfast is awsome! But if you get their pancake only order 1! They are huge!!

Nothing fancy. Exactly what you would expect from a rural town diner. Good food, great service and reasonably priced. Lots of locals.

Of you love old style restraunt thus place is for you. Staff was very friendly. The food was amazing.

Every year a group of us rides up the Little Miami bike trail for a pie ride. We divert from the trail to visit the Village in Waynesville. We enjoy the friendly service and every member of the group selects a tasty lunch and a delicious piece of pie. The pie selection is fabulous.

Service was excellent. Their main area was full so they opened up the side room just for us. I ordered the Bison sandwich and it had to be one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. The waitress was very pleasant and made us feel right at home. Will eat here again on our next visit for sure. My wife had the chicken and it was also good, I just can't get over how good that Bison was.

Food is always good. Big menu, something for everyone. They also have a large selection of gluten free options for those need. Delicious and friendly.

I love this place! Good food, I had the fried chicken, and although small, the restaurant has a nice atmosphere.

Family style food and service. Very pleasant place. I had the fish and Fry's all you can eat. Was wonderful. Cooked perfectly. Service was super.

Great beef hot shot and side salad with homemade honey mustard. Our server Stephanie did an excellent job as well. Definitely be back to this hometown favorite.

I visit every year when I am in Ohio and it never disappoints. They even have a gluten free menu now.
