Secure building but fast assistance

First truck I bought broke down with in 15 hrs of contract! Still trying to get money back from diesel and motel expenses! 2 months trying to get my money! Took 6 more days to get another truck and they took my first payment out as soon as I got the other truck! So far all I have seen is swift rejects! Can use your own money in maintenance accounts to turn up your truck! It's your money but they tell you what you can use it for! First truck was a rust bucket, load lock was rusted shut, been wrecked along with 2nd truck! But they won't tell the truth!

Well I got a P.O. for my repair on a sat which was good luck, but Fyda didn’t fix ac in the bunk just the front. So we’ve been calling the after hrs number and nobody is picking up. Good thing I’m not broke down on the side of the road with a flat or something. It’s bad enough dealing with Fyda now this

Very easy to get a truck with them.
But in the maintenance department
They have a very bad customer service
Specialty a lady name jennifer don't deal with her.

I just got my new bread delivery truck a week ago and I’ve gotta say I’m pretty happy with it !! But i can’t say the same about their sales department and the delivery process. They seem to be more concerned about securing the contact than fulfilling the customers needs, I wish employees where more friendly and would try to put customers first like I do with my own customers,
Once again as far as the truck goes ,definitely worth it!!

If you are leasing be careful. It's better to buy than lease. They will take care of it you the first month if a problem.arises but you need to have a professional mechanical inspection prior to purchase they do not check everything like they say. Double check their work. I got a truck from them had an air leak, def problems from week one, air dryer problems.and then some.
