Absolutely wonderful service! The second I walked in with a list of what I needed, Carlos was instantly there to help me. He quickly found all the items on my list and was super nice! Great employee. When I was checking out, Tonya was lovely and provided great service. Love this place, highly recommend!

I ordered some items through their store, and the items promptly came within the 7- day time limit that they promised. The box, and items arrived in excellent shape. Unlike several other shipping items I've received from other businesses. The customer agent who helped me throughout the order couldn't have been nicer. It's a smaller hardware store, but wow...they do a great job!!! 🙂

Every time I go there, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have everything. The only downside is that you often have to wait to be helped. It's worth it though, I go out of my way to come to this place whenever I need a part or tool. They really are the best hardware store around.

Every few weeks once a month I go in to pick up some plumbing material and everybody's always nice. Happy clean and helpful

Large, well organized store with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They also appear to be popping popcorn again most days which is very nostalgic.

They are a grilling destination. They have Traeger and Weber.
They even have a Traeger Pro at this store to answer any Traeger questions.

Staff is friendly and always willing to take the time for me. If they feel as if they cannot answer a question I have correctly they will say they do not know and try to find another staff member to provide correct info.

They also allow me to bring my bicycle in the store while I shop!

Bought a Treager Ironwood from the Parsons Ave store about two weeks ago. It was already assembled. I'm usually very skeptical about other people putting my stuff together. This smoker was put together with care. Very pleased with the entire process.

The staff has always been nice when I needed advice for my various projects. Have done the online order and pick up in store several times with no issues. Never any issues using any coupons either.

Local hard ware store that provides better service and support than Lowe's or Home Depot.
I came in here needing help with fixing my drain for my sink in the bathroom and I came out with the pieces I needed at a price that was comparable if not better than the leading brand stores and I also knew how to do the fixing by speaking with the workers at the store.
I wish I remember the names of the people that helped me but everyone in there is exemplary and professional courteous kind and patient I recommend this store every time.

Our Ego Blower was no longer working so I contacted Schreiner Ace Hardware on 5th Avenue where it had been purchased. Steve at the 5th Avenue location had me contact Nick at the Parsons Avenue location. Nick checked out the problem and took care of a solution in a super timely fashion. I could not be more pleased with their service. Buy local - they follow up with excellent customer service. Thank you Nick and Steve and Schreiner Ace Hardware.

Great service and nice friendly staff

Consistantly very helpful and friendly, have been coming here for about 5 years, I can get in, and out in just moments, I like the way they ask you if you need help the moment anyone enters, (its the reverse for Lowes, lol)... Feels like a family run place, not sure if it is, but they seem to have their act together.
