Fantastic service! One of their dealers wasn't the greatest and the people at the home office reached out on their own time and made sure I was taken care of properly, stand up company! And the equipment is great, my whole home gym is Bodycraft. Built to last. Love it.

Great place. Helpful employees and owner. The owner dealt with me direct. Wasn't pushy, answered all questions and didn't rush me on a decision. After over an hour on their floor I purchased the Galena Pro. Very happy with the machine. I use it every day and am enjoying getting the shape and strength of my youth back. Highly recommended.

The staff and products from Bodycraft are truly top notch. This us the epitome of what customer service should be. I purchased a F660 leg press, and it was available for immediate pickup. I was able to pull my pickup around the rear of the building and the staff helped me load it without any issues. About 2 weeks after purchasing the item I had a question and called in, no one was available at the time of the call, however I left a voicemail and received a return phone call a short time after, this is something that you do not see from big companies nowadays. Bodycraft has the customer service of a mom and pop business, but has much more capabilities if you're looking for fitness equipment.

Spring of 2014, my older son and I had the opportunity to visit the BodyCraft showroom in Lewis Center, OH. Our mission was to try out some of their equipment, and possibly purchase a new bench for our Power Rack. The staff was great to work with. They explained the equipment we looked at offering instructions, along with strengths and positives of the machines. They gave us our ‘space’ allowing us to use the equipment without smothering us as many sales personnel do trying to close the deal. At the end, we walked away with a new F320 F/I/D Bench that we absolutely love. Given the showroom is about four hours from our home we may never be there again. However, if you are close enough I would strongly encourage you to stop by to check out their awesome equipment and equally awesome staff – it will be worth your time!

The XFT absolutely blows my mind. The fact that you don't need a barbell or a spotter is amazing. My transitions between benching and squating happens in a second. Service is great and they take care of you like you're family. Got my XFT very fast and their service department was there to help when I needed!

I was in the market for a high quality home treadmill, I visited several equipment stores looking for the right fit. I had a few brands I was targeting based on reviews and testimonials. I stopped in at the Bodycraft Outlet and the team was great. They really showed me the difference between the various levels within each brand which helped me narrow my decision. Ultimately, I selected a True PS300 in Feb 2015 and it has been great so far. The Bodycraft team has followed up a few times to ensure everything is going well and that I haven't incurred any issues with the treadmill so far. As for the True PS300 it runs like a dream, I have a heavy stride and a bigger guy and the extra absorbent belt makes my longer 10+ mile runs less painful than before.

I was in the market for a Home Gym and treadmill when I came upon the Bodycraft Brand. After visiting the showroom I was sold on their products. Their equipment is well built, very versatile, and priced appropriately. The sales people are very knowledgeable and can assist you in making sure the equipment that you choose fits your needs and space requirements.Financing can be done by phone or internet at their location. I purchased the Bodycraft Elite and did consider assembling it myself which would have been a nightmare. The company that they use for delivery and assembly arrived on time and completed the installation in 4 hours. They were very professional and replace one of the Plexiglas panels that cracked due to it being tighten to tight. I highly recommend the Bodycraft company if your in the market for home exercise equipment. Just Call Jennifer and she'll take care of you.

We love our equipment! Quality product at a reasonable price. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, easy to work with and does a great job. They go out of their way to be helpful. I would recommend them to anyone!!

Only so much you can expect from a old body but this store will bring whatever that is out.
10/2022 Visited the store again to pick up VR400 rower. Just like before nothing but first rate service. Takes me 4 hours to get to the store but would go if it were 10. Jerad is top rate!

Great Prices, Great Products and Great Informative Team. You are buying factory direct, so all items are great deals. Once in a while there are even better deals on prototypes and units that are returned because of box damage.
