Beautiful, I was helped with finding what I wanted. I'm picky but the assistant was patient and knowledgeable.

No one spoke to me the entire time I was in the store which was a surprise bc usually they do that loss prevention trick of being overly friendly. The staff was too busy talking to one another to notice me. I wanted to buy new perfume and was open to suggestions but no one asked if I needed help so I went to Saks.

I just love this store!! Andre stay on top of any and everything new and he is very knowledgeable about different skin types when I call to place my order for pickup I'm like is Andre there lol This store has pretty much everything and if it's not in stock they will order it for U.

The employees at this location are amazing. They were so helpful and knowledgeable on the products I was interested in. They even showed me some products I hadn't considered and love more then the ones I originally used. Hannah is so a wonderful makeup artist and helped find the perfect match for my skin, which has always been impossible for me in the past. They have a great selection of vegan makeup as well!

I was in there last week just browsing. I didn't purchase anything, however, all of the store associates were so kind. I'm pretty sure every single one of them greeted me with a smile and were eager to help. It really is a rarity that store associates are happy to help and it truly stands out!

I didn't go here but since my wife has access to my account, I'll let her write the review ... this was my first time shopping in Sephora and my niece had raved about the makeup and the customer service she received from Andra so we sought him out this time too. He helped me and my sister pick out a few items each without us putting a dent in our bank accounts. I can't wait to try my new makeup and when it's safe to not wear a mask, I'll go back to ask for Andra's help picking out a new lipstick

They have a great variety of makeup, the employees were unexpectedly kind and patient, and they had everything I needed. They respected what kind of makeup I needed. For example, instead of giving me makeup for everyday use they gave me makeup that's bold and lasts for performing. (Which is want I needed). I definitely recommend this store

What an aromatic place. I love it there. I would go there again so I can use test perfumes for free. I am not a broke. I bought a eau de toilette in this shop. And now I smell really good. There's this cute girl that I like. I bought this EDT specifically, so I smell good for her. I recommend this place 100%, noice staff/stuff.

Everyone was so helpful. And the store was very clean and I was impressed with measures taken to keep everyone safe. It was hard to be in the store and not sample things but I totally understand and support Sephora's no touch policy.

Nice Large store,with just about everything! Pure Heaven! Just make sure you wear a sweater, like the other store I visited recently, the air vents just blast you with freezer cold air. So either avoid the areas where the air vents are, or wear a really heavy sweater.in the summer. Other than that love love love this store!

I visited Sephora in Beachwood mall yesterday. I stopped in looking for specific a specific makeup type- I wanted clean, natural, non-toxic facial makeup- but was clueless from that point on. I’m sorry about the other reviews, but my experience was amazing. I wasn’t sure what to expect because unfortunately, Sephora seems to get a bad rap- especially if you go in looking a certain way or wearing certain clothing. Not the case for me. I probably looked like a scrub in my workout pants, weird winter boots, no makeup and messy hair. Someone helped me right away and directed me to a specialist for a skincare line- when I told her I was looking for make-up, not so much for skin care, she took me to another person but continued to help me. They picked product out for me, cleaned my skin, and helped me match. I had a wonderful experience and felt like these girls were long time friends by the time I left the store. I ended up getting the skincare and the makeup. And no, I do not feel as though they took advantage or tried to upsell me. I was using expensive face care Already (well expensive in my book) but I’m a no expert, so I found out from the Origins rep exactly what I should be using- and honestly is costs less than what I spent on other products and goes much further. 26 dollars for a giant tube of face wash, and similar prices for all the others. I did not feel she was trying to get me to buy anything. She was just cleaning my face to prep for makeup matching. I love makeup, but I am also clueless about what to pick, how to apply correctly, what’s good for my skin, etc. i just recently found out what those weird teardrop shaped soft things were( yes I’m talking about a sponge). I had a great overall experience- I did not feel the least bit judged- didn’t matter that it looked like I just got hit by a bus.... they really took care of me. I will return, not just to buy stuff, but to ask questions about anything I need to know. I appreciate the people there and I was actually blown away by the experience. Thanks! I wish I knew your names, but the Origins rep and the cosmetologist (who was the only one there but still managed to be everywhere all at one time) and the girl who greeted me with medium/short dark brown hair and the lady at the counter ringing me out. You girls were awesome!!! Thanks for such a great experience. And side note: I can’t speak for others who felt mistreated or suspected of shoplifting- but I’m pretty sure Sephora must have a policy to make sure they give you a basket right away no matter who you are. It has to be very easy for someone to shoplift at a place where the items are small. I think it is probably just what they do. Unfortunately loss prevention has to be on high alert these days at any store. And as far as feeling slighted or ignored- which I did not- its ok to ask for help. I could tell right away that they have to be several places at once. Not excusing poor service by any means here. Maybe Sephora read the reviews here and made changes, because I really felt they did a great job. I may be bias when I say this and I do not mean to offend anyone- but I don’t believe that anyone should expect to be treated like royalty regardless of where they go to shop. It’s only fair to know that employees have many other responsibilities than to focus solely on one person, and to expect that is unreasonable and not how the real world works. You are not the only guest in the store. Doesn’t matter how much you spend there. For those looking to be catered to hand and foot- which is ok to want of course- you should probably go to a private studio or hire a personal make up artist. Otherwise you have to acknowledge that you are in a public store with a lot of other people and there are only so many employees to tend to all the guests.
