Quinoa was awesome! She was very professional, polite and patient with me. I really appreciated her time, she was also very informative with the after care instructions. She made sure I understood them and asked if there was anything else she could assist me with. Patient care was her first concern! That speaks volume in healthcare today, so thank you Quinoa for being a passionate provider.

Dr. Sarraj and the rest of the staff are friendly, supportive, and compassionate. I highly recommend them for any orthodontic services you or your child may need. The doc is fun and personable. He cares about his patients and builds relationships with them- a sign of a great care provider.

Quiona was the ortho assistant who changed my wires and rubber bands. She was very gentle and checked on me throughout the entire process. I’m usually very anxious but she made me very comfortable! Dr. Kate’s was very sweet and made sure everything was good.

I truly appreciate Quiona. She was exceptional! I had an exposed wire and needed an emergency appointment. She took care of it, and I didn't feel a thing. She was even able to do my retightening during my appointment so I didn't have to make the long drive back in a week.

Dr. Mo is the absolute BEST! Lynette is also wonderful and makes every visit seamless! We are completing treatment with the third person in our family.

Today I got my braces on! And my daughter was debonded! We love our Premiere family.Jayla was great and professional as usual. Lanette did my initial banding I was in and out, she was so gentle and caring! Did I mention Jayla made sure I had a same day appointment!! Doesn’t get any better than this.If you or your child is in need of braces stop up to one of their many locations and get yours.

Great customer service and positive attitude by the staff at the emery location.. I especially want to shout out the staff members Chari and Kendra for their great vibes and great hospitality while they treated my son for his appointment❤❤❤

Came in for a consultation last week for my daughter. Morgan was amazing. We got everything together and Morgan said she had some extra time and staff and went ahead and put my daughter's braces on immediately. She and the doctor were awesome. I'm going to request her at each appointment.

We love the staff at Premier Smiles. Lanette was super nice and informative. Dr. Mo is the best. My son is very afraid of the dentist and orthodontist but everyone makes his experience smooth and easy for him. I highly recommend

The treatment plan, procedure the next visit was explained very well by all staff Jayla is very very helpful and pleasant. We were visiting family from out of town when my daughter’s bracket popped while eating a piece of bread. Chari at the front desk of Premier Smiles slipped us in and got the wire that was scraping my daughters cheek removed. I am so grateful to this wonderful business for helping us during an emergency on vacation. I cannot thank them enough!!! Chari, you are so kind. I’m going to make sure my nephews come here when they’re old enough to need braces!

Excellent service from Rae and the Doctor! This is my first day. I’m excited to see my finished results. They also explain everything to you step by step and make sure you’re comfortable. I highly recommend coming here for service.

The staff is great. From the first day I visited, they have been very welcoming and friendly. The front desk staff made me feel right at home immediately when I walked in the door. Everything is on time and it is a very professional and efficiently run office. Lanette is very friendly and personable. She has made me feel comfortable, confident, and like I am visiting a friend. She does an awesome job. Dr. Sarraj is very nice and informative…and he truly listens. He provides excellent service and great attention to details. You know you are in good hands when you learn things about your teeth structure that you had no clue about. Dr Sarraj has a keen eye on detail! I am happy to have found such a wonderful Orthodontist. I wish I had switched to them sooner. I am very happy and could not recommend them higher.

Great job premier smiles your staff is great. Front desk was nice and acknowledged my presence soon as I arrived the finance manager was very kind and explained everything in detail. Dayanna was great she did an awesome job she was straight to the point, polite, answered all questions and was very kind.

Excellent staff from the front desk to patient care they are friendly and very accommodating. Dr. Sarraj was nice and very informative I was extremely satisfied with the outcome of my visit. Antoinette was the young lady that assisted me with my retainer and she was amazing she went out of her way to make sure I got my retainer ASAP and she is greatly appreciated! I had two other ladies that assisted me with something else and they was wonderful as well.

The orthodontist and his students are great here! They are attentive, patient and gentle. I always get excellent service and my gold braces are super cute. Lastly, I can’t leave out the awesome front desk staff. They are always courteous and friendly. You’ll enjoy premier smiles orthodontics, great treatment and great work= a great smile! Thanks

My experience here has been amazing! I’ve always had my visits and seen Dr. Mo and Gavin and they’ve done amazing while taking care and ensuring my teeth was looking good. I’ve gotten various of comments about my teeth with braces on and I can only imagine with them off. Without those two this would not be possible and I am very pleased with their work as they always go above and beyond with their clients. Thank you!
