The owner Sue gave me a ride back to my Mom's house in Sidney, when her car would not start. A very kind neighborly act on her part. We also found the perfect hanging floral planter for my Mom's Mother's Day gift!

They took care of my fathers arrangements for his services and I was completely blown away by how beautiful the casket spray and all of the flower arrangements made for his services! Nicest bunch of people...EVER!

I ordered a gorgeous Holiday arrangement for my Daughter. What my daughter received was the most unattractive arrangement of flowers I've ever seen.
Dekkers did not apologize. They did not fix the issue same day. Absolutely ruined my surprise for my Daughter.
Terrible customer service and please train your florist to do better. You get one shot at delivering flowers then the moment is over.

Inadequate follow up for an arrangement that was not up to standards.
