This more than a five-star outfit. I’m primarily a Stihl customer. Their product knowledge, sales support, service support and in-store product selection are exceptional: 99th percentile stuff.

I've been doing business with Josh and his staff for decades, they are absolutely deserving of the 5 stars. A great selection of merchandise. If they don't have what you need Josh will get it for you.

Outstanding customer service. Extremely friendly staff and will always point you in the right direction. Never had a single issue here. Always clean and always have what I need in stock. One of the best stores in town in my opinion. The owner and staff should be proud

Don't buy lawn equipment anywhere else. Open up that wallet and pay for a quality product that you can use for years. My weed eater, edger, blower, and mower were the best investments I've ever made in lawn care equipment. Best bang for your buck. Pay a little more up front for a product with warranties and quality to back it up. You get what you pay for and I'm glad I paid for these pieces of small equipment from Stihl.

First time in this Ace location today, met Josh (owner) and Howard (Associate), very friendly and helpful.
Needed parts for a vintage toilet. They had exactly what I needed.
I’ll definitely be back for supplies for my next project.

These guys always go above and beyond to get me what I need. Even to the point of following me to the parking lot with a hand full of nuts and bolts trying to figure out what fits the project. Always my first go to. GREAT STAFF.

I called late on Saturday afternoon. They were still open, unlike most of the Stihl dealers in our area. I had researched my purchase online thoroughly, and asked if the particular model String Trimmer was in stock? The owner was very courteous and knowledgeable about the product. He offered incite and advice that helped me feel good about our decision. Small Hardware stores are becoming harder to find. Finding them in a town with big box stores is rarer still.

I drove 30 miles to visit this store. When I arrived, they did not sell me a boxed product to assemble. I was handed a brand new item fully assembled and battery fully charged. I was given service beyond my expectations. The price was the same as buying it online, and I gladly will visit Sidney from West Liberty again. I will do it because of the way I was treated, the knowledge of the owner, and the convenience of Saturday hours.

I must go now, my wife doesn't hear the string trimmer running . . .

This is the go to for all your home good needs. This local Ace has everything we ever need, and if not, they will order it for us. Josh and his team are amazing.

LOVE this place. I'm in, and out in no time because the staff is usually waiting greet you and then get what I want. I like, too, that they will stamp my keys for me so I can keep track of where they go.
