I needed help removing a seriously large and heavy cast-iron bathtub and getting it downstairs and out of the house without damaging it, and the team at Grubb Movers got the job done carefully and safely. The whole process was great--responsive customer service when I called to ask if they could take this on, and again when I called after hours one evening to ask followup questions, and then very capable and professional work on the day of the move. First rate all around.

So careful, and so helpful! We did an initial move-in with Grubb, and they treated our 1850s home so carefully! A small crew came back later to help rearrange furniture between floors as our needs changed. Our house is BIG, so that second trip was no joke.

When I go out of this house feet-first, I'm hoping Grubb is getting me where I need to go!

Jesse and Xavier, our movers, carefully wrapped our furniture and expertly negotiated a stairway and a narrow hallway at the new location. Grubb Movers made our short distance move a pleasure. Chris came to our home, gave us a quote, and a courtesy call the day before the move. Our movers, Jessie and Xavier were great! Both men were careful with our belongings and were very hardworking. Wonderful experience, guys.

If I could give Our experience with Grubb Movers a 1,000 out of 10 , I would. Because I was so busy with our move, I literally forgot to call THE MOVERS! I called them less than a week before the move. Chris was so understanding and made time for us. Chris has answered EVERY call,
( imagine talking to a real person) , well that happened. The movers , Jesse and Xavier, were on time, keep me posted on every stop, careful, thoughtful of our situation, professional and went the extra mile to make sure that we were satisfied. I kept telling them I’ll move that later and they insisted that they stay and assemble and move things to where I wanted them. I have been so disappointed in customer service within that last 2 years!!! Their customer service was EXCELLENT and on point!!! Highly, highly recommend!!!

Jesse and Xavier did a great job for us. They were efficient, careful and professional. Our move involved dropping off and picking up at a second site, and they were most cooperative. It was a busy day, and they cooperated to meet our needs in all circumstances.

Grubb Movers just moved my heavy items last week. They wrapped and then covered items with blankets...delivered and set up in new home. Great job!! When they arrived the truck had a very low tire in front passenger side, so I called my son in law to bring an air compressor which he filled and then checked the other front tire so my items along with Grubbs employees would be safe....however none of this time was deducted from my bill as we had to wait for this to get done...

Matt and Justin were amazing! Very respectful, quick but took special care of all of our furnishings. Especially ones we told them meant the most to us. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone moving. The prices were very reasonable...but it is worth it for the quality u get. Thank you again Matt and Justin!!

We had Alex and Jordan move my elderly relatives extra belongings to a storage facility. There had been an earlier mix up regarding this, but after explaining things to Chris he made it right and sent Alex and Jordan out. They were very careful with her belongings and loaded them so when they were unloaded they went into storage in a space saving way. We were very happy with their efficiency and caring attitude. Also thanks to Chris and time he spent getting this arranged. Very happy with their job. Great experience!

Jesse and Xavier delivered our dryer in a prompt and professional manner. They had to overcome several physical obstacles and tight places, which they did without complaint or hardly a grunt. These are good guys!

My daughter and son in law used these movers and they were pleasant and professional the entire day as they moved the whole household of boxes and furniture. They were helpful and there was no grumbling or inappropriate language at all. Jesse and Xavier were there all day and ended the day with a smile.

These guys did a fantastic job! Moved from Sidney to Toledo, they did it in 10.5 hours including the 4 hour drive time, made our enormous bedding fit through the tiny halls in our new home, and were all around nice guys. I’ll recommend them highly to anyone I know in need of movers!

I would definitely recommend this company. The movers showed up on time and got right to work. They worked non stop 10 hours. At the " new house" , they carried all of the totes up steep narrow stairs , all the while reassuring that it wasn't too much trouble.
They were very polite and respectful. If you do, use them, get a picture of them to post with your review, I didn't think to.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the work Brooks & Trent did on our son’s move. They arrived in the time frame I was originally given & called as they left their lot, as promised. Our move involved going from a 3rd-story apartment, with an outdoor first floor metal stairwell, and tight 2nd-3rd floor stairwell, but it didn’t hamper their efforts to get the job done in an efficient manner and no damage to the building or our son’s belongings. Not only would we recommend this company, but we would definitely recommend Brooks & Trent to complete your move! These 2 guys represented the company well. Thank you for a job well done!

Awesome moving company. Was very easy to schedule a move. We were fortunate to have Matt and Payton as our movers. They showed up on time, got right to work, were very polite and worked very hard. They were attentive and gentle with our household items ( even the heavy difficult stuff hard to maneuver up a staircase). Would definitely recommend Grubb for a move.

After having extensive water damage to our finished basement, Matt, Justin and Rocky moved all of our furniture out of the basement. Great attitude. Thanks guys!
