I have seen Dr. Szekely a couple times in the last month. I chose her because she was on our insurance and because of her great reviews, and boy they were right! Dr. Szekely and her husband are professional yet kind, caring & very friendly! She listens, answers all of your questions and takes as much time as you need at your appointment. Definitely without a doubt go see Dr. Szekely for all your allergy needs I promise you will not be disappointed!

I first visited this practice a year ago after spending more days than I could count being sick and seeing many other doctors who didn't seem to understand how a body with allergies needs a specific treatment. Appointments are extremely easy as this office and the quality of care is immaculate. The first interaction is usually with Alex who is extremely helpful and spent the time to review my insurance and explains each and every billing statement among any other questions I may have. Susie is by far the nicest, most professional and most caring nurse I've ever met in my life! Dr. Rachel Szekely is just purely amazing! I wish I could see her for every aspect of my health care as no other doctor will likely ever be as caring, kind or knowledge as she has been to me. Everyone at this office is truly an example of what quality of care should be like, not to mention how when at this office you feel like you are the only care in the world for this entire dream team of professionals. I don't know many people that enjoy going to doctor appointments, tests, or getting shots for that matter – however looking back to how I felt a year ago vs. now, I have only one regret, which is not becoming a patient earlier. I can not recommend this practice enough as this is a team that you can trust, will treat you with care, and truly restore quality of life that is lost when suffering through allergies. In the scene of Allergy professionals, this is the Ritz Carlton of them all, and even if I moved far away, I would without hesitation do whatever it took to continue to be a patient of Dr. Rachel Szekely. I appreciate this team and this practice more than I can express and am enjoying having my quality of life back. If you are even on the fence of using this practice or not, I can't encourage you enough to give them a try. You won't be sorry!

Dr. Szekely probably saved my daughter's life & I highly recommend her! She diagnosed & successfully treated her untreated allergy & asthma problems, but she also discovered an endocrine disorder that was neglected by the pediatrician. We are not a "number" but family to the entire practice. The practice manager is also phenomenal -- from scheduling, to thouroughly explaining insurance and services, he truly cares! This unique practice's main goal is simple -- service first -- they mean it, they do it, and you definitely feel it! Thank you!!

After years of other doctors visits, I finally met Dr. Szekely who changed my life! Finally someone who was able to diagnose and treat my condition. Dr. Rachel and the practice manager are so competent and kind! And all the patients who I've meet here say the same and I'm so grateful, just wish I would have found this practice sooner. Dr. Szekely is one of the best doctors I have ever been lucky to meet. She is receptive, deeply knowledgable, and generally genuine with her work. She is attentive to detail and is delightfully thorough. She respects patient input and takes the time to ensure you understand everything. I highly reccommend her not only as an allergist, but as the ideal of how medicine should be practiced.

Dr. Szekely is the best -- medical knowledge, listens, communicates ... truly cares. Staff, especially the manager, is extremely professional, kind, helpful. Everything is transparent & very cost effective (especially here in NE OH). Highly recommended!

Unnecessary extra testing done to drive up the cost. When I asked about it, the office manager became very rude. He spoke to me like child in front of other customers.
