I can't say enough about Bob, Lori, Robin and the whole crew, I don't trust anyone else with my truck. Bob looked over my latest truck and another vehicle before we bought it, I would send my mom there and have confidence she would be taken care of. We're customers for life.

Bob has taken care of my family's cars for well over 30 years! He is very honest and will work with you if financial issues are an issue for you. He always gets your ok before working on the vehicle and let's you know if he can do something or not, if not, knows many reputable people to go to! Very good for women often mistreated by mechanics shops, he will explain stuff to you, his staff are very knowledgeable. Lori (and when Robin was there) are very good in customer service and operations management

My family and I have known Bob (and his family) for years. It's not always easy to find such a straightforward and honest mechanic nowadays. Bob always gives you an upfront estimate and uses quality parts from his suppliers.

Bob knows what he is doing when it comes to cars. He is a honest guy and he will not steer you wrong. He will even let you know if something is starting to go bad, and say you don't need it now but you will need to replace it in the next year. We even bring our cars that we want checked out to see if we he approves of us buying it or not. We have been doing business with him for over 30 years. Great me hanic.

I called them to ask for an estimate for a timing chain issues. The lady on the phone and Bob are extremely helpful. Bob called me twice to get details and suggested me very honestly about that certain situation. I really appreciate their time and help.

I got my oil leak fixed here and it was very affordable and Bob was so genuine and fair he even explained to me everything that was wrong with my car and what was an immediate fix vs what I could wait and fix at a later date. Awesome business. It's been 3 months and my car is still running beautifully. Highly recommend this establishment

Stopped at Bob's from out of town because we were looking to purchase a car we had seen online. Bob fit us into his busy schedule to personally drive the vehicle and inspect it for us. He was very thorough and detailed in the inspection and showed us the issues, which ultimately saved us from making a bad purchase. He and his staff were very kind. We would definitely use Bob's for our mechanic needs if we lived in the Cleveland area.

I took my 2018 Hyundai Elantra to Bob's Automotive Repair for them to switch out my snow tires and remount/balance my regular tires, do a lube/oil/filter and look at my brakes while the tires were off. Everyone was very friendly, answered questions thoroughly and treated me like a welcomed regular customer (it was my first time there). The work was completed the same day (Bob stayed after closing time to make sure it was back to me the same day and road tested it, too. They did a thorough & professional job, labeled the tires so that I knew which wheel they had been on, noted how much longer the brakes should last and I was really pleased by the service. I could tell that Bob had a lot of experience with cars and people. I will return to Bob's Automotive for my next car service and recommend them to others.

Bob, Laurie and their staff are the best!! They are honest as the day is long and always always are looking out for their customers. My family and I have had several cars worked on by Bob over the years. I cannot recommend him highly enough for any of your repair and service needs.

Still the best place in town for friendly service to your vehicle. Bob has never did any unessary work to up your bill, no matter how busy they are they make sure understand what work is being done. Thanks Bob👍

Thumbs up to Bob's Automotive. My 2003 Civic had a head gasket leak. I already did a diagnosis myself. Bob concurred with his own diagnosis. He explained to worst case scenarios which I pretty much already knew. I knew the head needed to get milled. Also ended getting the valves recondition. Had this done too. The Civic was also do for a timing belt and Bob did this as well. They hade to take it of to take the head out. Picked up the car 7/13/2022 and 4250 miles later thing are just fine. This was a major repair at a cost of a small bit over $2000. IMHO, this family is a very good place to go to.

Always on top of the job! The whole staff is knowledgeable and kind. Only place I've been where the total is usually less than the estimate. Hats off to Bob and Chuck!!

Bob has known my family for many years, my Grandfather was his teacher. He does high quality work at a fair and honest price. He has worked and run his business in Cleveland for many years and is well known in the community and areas beyond. I highly recommend his business to anyone needing car repair.

Saw a sign out front "Lawnmower blades sharpened". Stopped in a month ago to inquire about it..the process. Bob is the owner..real nice gentleman. Laurie, his wife, at the desk, stated the process was to bring the lawnmower blade in..there was an older retired gentleman who would come pick it up, usually within a day, sharpen it, and then return it, usually within a day. Cost would be $5.00. Thanked Laurie and left.
Mowed my yard on Sept 10th. Took mower blade off and dropped it off on the 13th. Prepaid cost of sharpening..cost had gone up..to only $8.00... Laurie and I spoke @ length about gardening.. If you haven't already guessed, I love to do garden/yardwork..have heard it called "yardening".
Laurie called on the 14th..said mower blade was ready..picked it up on the 15th..was looking like almost brand new..
Installed it the morning of the 17th..and mowed my yard..
Much better cutting of grass..
I believe in the mantra of "Reduce..Reuse..Recycle"
Why spend extra money to buy a new lawnmower blade..when you can get excellent service for less cost..even if it's just to recondition
a lawnmower blade..

Very knowledgeable, experienced, honest, hands-on owner. His staff has been with him for years as well. I've never been misguided. He doesn't sell you the most expensive option. He gives you your options along with his recommendation. But leaves the decision up to you. Truly a gem!!!
