Walmart Vision & Glasses

I live in another state and was traveling through here and accidentally broke my glasses. one of the strings that hold the lens in broke. I carried them in at 9am when they opened and at 9:15 they were fixed. On top of that they did not charge me to fix them. Told me that was their policy on minor repairs. Either way I could not be happier with the service. Well done Walmart.

Every time I have gone to see Dr. Braun, she has been personable, easy to talk to, and most importantly of all, thorough. Last year I went to a national chain to get a good deal on two pairs of bifocals and a "free eye exam;" and well, the exam was perfunctory, and the prescription was wrong. You get what you pay for. I went back to Dr. Braun, who did a complete exam and was able to help me save money by arranging to use my new frames from the other place when my new are made!

Never again will I shop around!

Every time I have gone in I have received amazing service. Even when the staff is fully packed and busy, or I call on the phone, they are accommodating and move people through as fast as they can. As far as some of the comments from their closing hours, it's Covid so almost every business has shortened hours. And working with Google to change even an address of a business is difficult-we struggle with this at my place of work so I understand.

I used to go to the bigger eye care places and NEVER received the amount of time, care and politeness that I have received here. Their prices are now lower for me than the other place I went to. Love this Eye care place and highly recommend! The staff and service are amazing!

Dr. Tolliver is great! Technician Mary McCarty is Amazing!!! I and our 4 children will call to see when Mary is working so we can see her. We have gone to Dr. Tolliver and Mary for at least the past 7 years. Mary is very friendly, knowledgeable, honest and truthful with glasses frames my tricky prescription fittings and adjustment. We LOVE MARY! She is our family " glasses lady" Every person that wears glasses needs a Mary in their lives .

Great fast service! Doctor is very professional and knowledgeable. Received contact lenses, solution with case to go.

Very pleased with my eye appointment. I was taken care of quickly and professionally. Total time was 30 minutes. Very clean and pleasant space. $65 for an eye exam with no insurance

The vision center is okay. Most times I see the workers standing socializing amongst themselves or with employees from other departments. This past visit in the midst of getting fitted for new glasses an employee from another department actually interrupted us just to say hi . Unprofessional I thought. Forget trying to reach anyone by phone. An operator had to keep transferring me back to the Vision center 4x and never did answer.

Starting with my phone call to confirm my appointment the receptionist Maria was very rude. I arrive to the appointment and they did not accept my insurance which was no big deal until she repeated about 4 times that they don't accept my insurance as if I was dumb. She was unnecessarily rude to my family and I as we discussed if we still wanted to go through with our appointment. The rest of the staff was polite.

If I could give this place zero stars then I would because after waiting three weeks for her appointment, not even a minute after the appointment time started they were extremely dismissive and rude to my immigrant aunt who understands and speaks English because of her race and her accent. They terminated her appointment after she was already there and waiting, and had the audacity to tell her to come back with someone who speaks English. 0/10. Would not recommend

I've been coming here for 5 years and have always got ok service especially from Josh. This time my experience was horrible. I called and got Mary to order contacts with insurance. The problem was this was my last day to use the amount left on my insurance and it restarted the next day so I would lose this amount. Basically I would get 1 box for half price because of my insurance and order the rest the next day and my insurance would fully cover 3 boxes. Well their system was down all day long so I lost the chance to get a 4th box for half off and had to order the next day and only get 3 boxes. The other issue to this was when I order my contacts last year they never applied the full amount of my insurance and that's why I had 25 dollars left over. So if they would have applied the full amount the first time I wouldn't have had to pay as much out of pocket last year and I wouldn't have had any left over that I didn't know about until I got the eye exam this year and it was basically running out of time and when I go to use this their system was down. When I questioned this both Mary and another lady was very mean and told me there is nothing they can do. They didn't help me with any if my questions and instead got an attitude with me and didn't help me come up with any solutions. I asked for a trial pair to get by and they couldn't do that. I asked if I could pay expedited shipping and they can't do that. You can't order online through their system if you want to apply insurance to the cost either. Josh was the only one who tried to help me come up with a solution and was nice and sympathetic about the problem. I'm going to find a new place to do my eye exams and order contacts through. I love that Dr as well but the staff needs an attitude adjustment and it's just not worth the hassle.

My frame was broken and I visited to Walmart Vision Center to get a new frame. I choosed a new frame. Then the optician (not Josh) scratched my left lens while she were replacing them. It was terrible. I can not be able to see clearly with my left lens. When I tell her, she said that I can not see any scratch on your lens and we can not do anything with that. I will call the manager (Dr) then will share what happen...

It's 338 pm and they are closed.7/24/20 really..
