The staff at Total Off-road did a great job on the lift kit for me, and they got it done quicker than they quoted me. Awesome job!

I had chipped spider gears in the rear diff and a local auto chain told me I'd need to do a whole rear assembly replacement. When I asked about replacing the spider gears, I was told it'd be even more expensive than the replacement.

Called Total Offroad Cleveland and they gave me an estimate over the phone to replace the spider gears (way less than replacement rear assy) and also an estimate for an upgraded limited slip diff (also way less).

Stopped by Total Offroad later that day, they confirmed what needed done and in less than a week I had an upgraded rear diff.

Decided on a set of Nitto Ridge Grapplers for my 2020 Sierra Denali HD. That was the easy part. Deciding on where to purchase and have them installed not so much. Had too many bad experiences in the past whether it was a scratch in the rim from a tire prybar or around the lug nuts from a socket. Heard positive feedback about 4 Wheel Parts. I happen to work right next door to the Parma Ohio location and notice the high volume of workflow daily which is a good first impression. From what I’ve observed, they must be doing something right so I gave them a try. As the doors opened to go through the final paperwork, the phones were already off the hook but they handle pressure well here. After my truck was in the shop shortly after, I went over some of the finer details of what I was concerned about. I felt reassured afterwards from the tech assigned. I nervously looked over everything once the work was completed but to my relief everything was perfect. Much deserved 5 star review from the sales staff and technician.

These guys are amazing. I flew across the country to purchase a jeep and within the first few hours of owning it, it was already acting up. I called 4 wheel the next morning and they worked me into their busy schedule immediately. They did an inspection and found tons of problems with the car and wrote up the issues. I took the document to the dealer and got all my money back. They saved my butt! I would def have them work on my car. I was really impressed by how knowledgeable they were.

Stephen was very knowledgeable about what I needed. I previously went to several other stores and they were unable to find the correct stabilizer for my Ford truck. Stephen found it right away. I will continue to use 4 wheel for all of my truck parts needs in the future.

These guys (or ladies) did an amazing job on installing a 2.5" front end spacer (level kit) and putting on new 33"x12.5 Venom Power XT's. Called on Tuesday and they got me in on Thursday. Plus, their pricing was the best around compared to other wheel and tire shops.

Was looking for tires and rims. They have a great selection and sale going this month. The sales staff was helpful and friendly. We went out to the truck discussed options and they gave me best price and information on everything.
