Ashley Derda and the team who work under Kristin Baum were excellent in selling our home. We were totally kept up to date and things were explained well and clearly. The process moved along smoothly and no glitches occurred. They know their profession and made our experience with them wonderful. We highly recommend them.

We worked with Krissi and couldn't have had a better experience. We were buying out of state and she was there every step of the way. She made the process seamless offering us video tours and gave insight into Cleveland homes we would not have known otherwise. She not only got us an amazing home... she kept us under budget and was an advocate for us when some inspection stuff came back that we wanted fixed. She offered advice throughout the process on how we could get the best house for our family. The reality is we would not be sitting in our dream home tonight without her help and knowledge of the Cleveland area. We were a high needs client (we were moving quickly) but she always made us feel comfortable to ask what we needed. She never rushed us. She was honest. You might find a real estate agent who has been in the business longer but I would challenge you to find a real estate agent more knowledgeable of the area and market who makes you feel like her top priority (despite not being her only client). We will never work with anyone else as long as we're in the area.

We bought a house from him and then we sold our original house I’ve dealt with many real estate agents in the past, and truth be told Many of these agents play games and do not put in the work.
