By far the best vet in Northeast Ohio, maybe even the whole USA (I haven't tried any outside of Ohio). Dr Clemmons knew right away what was wrong with my baby girl Fiona (black lab) after taking her to multiple other vets and a lot of $. He started her right away on a treatment and within days she was responding well.

We started taking our senior dog here because we recently moved to the area. The contactless drop off in the parking lot made us feel very comfortable, and I only had to wait in my car for about 15 minutes while they did her exam. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They also send out texts after the appointment to check in and make sure everything is still okay!

My Jai-li loves this vet! She very old and atopic and they take such good care of her. They also trim her nails the best. Easy to schedule an appointment. Jai has had a lot of past vets and auburn is the most trusting vet she's been to.

The staff and veterinarians here are incredible! We took our dog for laser therapy treatment to help with a tendon problem in his knee. We saw results after two sessions! We are thrilled with them, their pricing and their care of our family members!

They know our little kitty well, and always follow up on his well being after appointments. We always feel well informed and never pressured about his care. 🙏 Thank you!

Get staff. The doctors and staff are very knowledgeable and take great care of our pets.

I would rate them higher than five stars if that was possible. The staff has been nothing but prompt, knowledgable, and friendly. Any reviewer faulting them for Covid protocols needs to kindly remove their heads from their rears. They have made sure my furry babies and myself stay safe. It's like an open book, communicating with the staff here. Changed vets to specifically come here because they are SO MUCH BETTER than everyone else. Auburn Animal Care is a blessing and a gift.

Wonderful place. Even though you can't go in with your pet when Dr Clemens calls to discuss the visit he is very kind and takes his time to explain everything. Even though I wasn't in with my pet I felt very sure she was in good hands and had no fear of what was going on. I highly recommend Auburn Vet for your Pet

We have loved Dr Clemens for many years and several pets. His down to earth manner and caring stuff are perfect for us and our dogs love going to see him. Recent years have seen many continuous improvements, including beautiful new facilities, but the level of service has remained unchanged and continues to exceed our expectations; obviously we are big fans! Clean, friendly, professional, and caring. These guys are the best. Bridge Creek Kennels is also an amazing "camp" for dogs and our guys love going.

The vet, Dr. Paul Clemens, always listens to what the owner has to say, and takes his time to answer all questions and provide honest answers. He is kind, does not rush the visit, and makes you and your pet feel welcomed.
The wait time is acceptable (about 5 to 10 min), and the examination room is fairly clean.

Dr. Clemens and the staff at Auburn Veterinary Hospital are wonderful. We have had many years of great service and great advice from them for our three dogs. We've recently started using them to board our dogs when we have long trips and that has been good as well. You won't be disappointed with the knowledgable staff, clean conditions, and excellent care you will encounter!

We like Dr. Clemens very much. He has always made time for our goldens and taken a special interest in our grand dog Max who has special needs. He took special care of Dinah when she was very old (17) at the kennel and even came to our home to put her to sleep when she could go no more.

The kennel is very good. We are particular in the care and attention that our dogs receive when we are away. They know the the people there and are always anxious to come for a short stay. We have recommended it highly to people and they have been pleased with their dogs care.

Love,love. Love the vets and the staff at Auburn Veterinary Hospital! They treat my dogs like they are their only patients! Helped diagnose why my Gracie was having accidents all over the house after she was house trained and helped us manage a chronic condition! They are very sensitive to the cost of care and try to save the owner's money if they can.

Recently our dog passed away. We had her over 10 years and only went to auburn vet but have always been pleased with dr Clemens and recently more than ever because when we had to put our best friend down the staff was more than amazing and accommodating. What touched my heart the most was receiving a card shortly after losing Leia from everyone at auburn vet with the sweetest thoughts and sayings. It was such a thoughtful gesture and it should be recognized. When and if there is another companion...we will definitely stay loyal to dr Clemens. Thank you for making a difficult situation so much brighter. Leia is dearly missed and will be forever remembered.
