There are always nice to me even though I'm a grumpy old jerk. They are the bank I would go to if I win the lottery or something where I need to trust a bankWerth alot of money i would go there. Sorry to their employees for when I'm a jerk. I don't ever try to be a jerk but it's just somtimes I can't communicate well but they always help me even when that's the case. Thanks homestreet bank I can't wait to buy my Christmas present for myself better late than never right and they always make it a great experience. Thanks

Matt performed at an unbelievable level, did all the right moves, and funded and closed our loan in 21 days. Can't understand why anyone would give a bad rating. We started working with him a year before we found the house we are in now. Never had an argument or mis understanding. Could contact him or one of his team anytime of day during business hours, or by email after hours. He works a lot!!!!!

I love Homestreet Bank! Si Lewis and his team are amazing! Si has helped me 3 times and was great! Without Si I probably would not have been able to purchase my home at the time. Thank you! Valerie🙂

HomeStreet is another corporation that's decided they're too big & important to answer their phones and provide actual customer service -- even when they repeatedly bungle the simple task of auto-deducting our mortgage payment. We have the money and have never missed a payment. They repeatedly make mistakes, and then there's nobody reachable to fix them. Linda Johnston, senior payoff officer, whines that computers are "out of control" because she doesn't know how to fix the problem. We'd dump them in a instant if we wouldn't incur lots of fees to switch banks.

Si Lewis at the Vancouver office said he was doing everything he could for us ran are credit gave us a loan for an amount that you could not buy anything with! Would not provide pre approval letter for that stupid amount to are realtor dragged his feet did nothing so we went to loan depot and they did everything we needed we got the house we wanted with no hassle no thanks to homestreet bank and Si Lewis

Don’t deal with Si Lewis he does nothing for you but put hard inquiry’s on your credit and give you nothing!

Rude tellers. Can’t get a straight answer out of anyone here.
