Visionworks Ridge Park Square

I picked up glasses for myself and mom from here a few weeks ago and couldn't be more happier with my purchase and the customer service experience.

We worked with Alexis who was very kind and patient with us. There were many customers in the office, but she was focused on helping with our needs before moving on to the next family. If we asked for her opinion on how the frames looked, she would be up front and tell us a different pair may work better.

It is a very clean environment and nice selection of frames to buy. I would definitely recommend coming to this location to find your next pair of glasses!

I recently brought my daughter to this location for an exam and had a great experience! The only negative was being a witness to another customer being down right nasty to an employee. I think it was the manager. She handled the situation very professionally. I wouldn’t have. Every employee that I encountered there was nothing but friendly and they all know what they are talking about. I would highly recommend this office if you want a thorough eye exam and great prices on glasses and contacts. I’m bringing my other daughter in next month.

Great experience selecting eyeglasses. Techs were incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and helping me find the best frames and lenses within my budget.

I went on a whim to see if someone could fix my glasses. I didn’t purchase them from Visionworks but Sheree did not care. She was genuinely so nice and treated me like I was already a customer. I will be buying my next pair of glasses with her!

I always go once a year to get my eyes checked and to get my glasses. I always have a great experience with my appointments. The staff there is very friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend making an appointment there.

Every time I go into this office I’m greeted with a smile and recently Sheree fixed an old pair of glasses for me. She was so kind and really made my day!

Never do I ever feel comfortable going to get my eyes examined ... As soon as I checked in I was immediately welcomed with smiles ... The gal that did my tests before the actual doctor exam was so sweet and nice while putting me at ease She was down to earth and you could tell that she genuinely cares about her patients The doctor came in with a huge smile ... What an amazing doctor Highly educated and knew exactly how to explain things to me in a way I could actually understand She took the time to go over every thing with me and never did she make me feel bad about not being current on my exams She found things that are a bit concerning and I need to pursue with a specialist but completed my exam with a prescription and referral It took a while to pick out glasses because of the huge selection and the woman who helped me out on that end was superb So sweet and not pushy at all What a refreshing experience at an eye appointment

Everyone is very professional at this office. My questions about my eye tests and insurance coverage were all answered clearly, the office is clean, and Dr Rowson is efficient and pleasant.

Great customer service, the staff was very nice! I ordered contacts within a week they were ready for pick up! The only thing I didn't like and it did not make sense is patients with glasses on of course I had to put a mask on, it is very hard to do the tests when you can't see 😒

Lemme tell you about my experience here. (This review is solely based on one visit and a few phone calls)
In short: Yes

The customer service was great from front to back, masks are encouraged, it's decent parking, nice location. Lunch break between 1-2
They were running into their lunch time and still squeezed me in. (For that I am forever grateful).
The appt: The optometrist was great. He explained everything well, and he made me comfortable despite how anxious I was because of my sight. I have very poor vision and it makes me dread eye appt because I've always been "the one with the thick lens/strong prescription". I appreciate the professionalism, thoroughness and the peace of mind.
I'm actually excited to go back...mostly because I get fitted for a pair of contacts, but still!

The girl that took care of me was pleasant and very helpful. She spent alot of time with me picking out frames and going through my insurance. It was Friday, July 28th around noon at ridgepark square

Outstanding customer service here! They have a wide array of frames to choose from, and one that I chose just wasn't working for my eyes. I went in several times and both Michael and Meryem helped me out and made multiple adjustments to my frames and lenses until they sorted everything out. Everyone I've met working here is very friendly and tend to customers quickly and efficiently. Would recommend this Visionworks for anyone looking to purchase glasses and prescription lenses!

The people at Visionworks Ridge Park Square are awesome. If you don't have a great time picking out it's your fault not their's. Products and time line for pick up is great as well.

I had an appointment with visionworks and they where the most friendly people. They also was very friendly. They are very affordable when it comes to getting glasses. They are just a friendly staff.
