Great Service and very attentive! I haven't been out shopping in month since COVID. I was in desperate need to update my COVID wardrobe from sweat pants and yoga attire! Our world and workplace are so much more casual now - but I didn't want to look "frumpy". Shopping at J. Jill in Hudson made me feel I like I had personal shoppers assisting me choose looks that appealed to me and are casual professional. Thanks Kim for all your help!

My girlfriend shops here and online. Beautiful selection of trendy clothing and jewelry. And one of the few places she can find her size. I would recommend them most highly!!

when we walked in the worker lady asked us if we were shopping for me ( Medium sized) or my mother (small size) and we walked to the back and she tried directing us toward the petite section assuming what my mother wears. very rude.

Was at this store on 10/24/19 and heard horrible yelling, accusing, screaming between two employees in the back room; I told the lady at the counter that I had been an abused wife and could NOT stay in that store...NASTY PEOPLE WORK AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!

Not friendly at all. Said nothing even when I made a purchase. Very sad.
