Lessie helped me get a new phone set up when my previous one had a screen crack that I could not use it and need it for work. He went above and beyond and made sure that my plan was correct and even though I had a super old one made sure to get me all set up with a better one that saved me money. I have been to other T-Mobile stores in the valley and this store was the best one I have been too!

The best asset of SLC T-Mobile @ Foothill : Lessie!!! Lessie is kind, thorough, patient and dedicated to see the job all the way through. Lessie clearly cares about helping customers and good customer service is very hard to find…. Lessie delivers!!!

On an interesting side note not related to Lessie: a tall slender man with dark brown hair walked into the store, keyed in the code to the back room was was not seen for the entire time I was being helped (2 hours). It was obviously an employee and there were other customers in the store that were waiting to get help. Classy. Leaving one
co-worker on the floor to help all the customers while you hide out in the back room. This employee clearly does not care about helping customers and should be fired. I was in the store on 1/15/24 for reference.

Switched phone carriers and LESSIE was awesome! We are dinosaurs with technology and Lessie could not have been more professional, patient and kind. Truly a fantastic customer experience!!! I would give Lessie 10 stars if that was an option.

I have to say my first experience at the store on 3/1/24 with 1-2 of the reps while getting a new phone and iPad was quite frustrating. No one really knew what they were doing…. Which, if your new and learning… I can understand… but this was not just one employee… It was TWO EMPLOYEES One of them with a bit more authority verbatum said that fixing a problem (that they created) would , “just take too long…” And they didn’t want to take the time to be on the phone with customer service for an hour Because he wanted to go home early..
My Jaw nearly hit the floor.

So here comes the five stars bit:
Jason at the Foothill location is/was awesome! He cleaned up the messes the previous reps had made, He was super apologetic about it, and did everything in his power to immedietly make it right…
He’s very thorough and helped me with Assurion and a few other mistakes that happened (on the protection plan side, not T-Mobile.)
He’s a very smart young man, who’s anlready an (assistant?) manager for a reason. Its refreshing to see someone in his generation with a work ethic like his.
These days I find it quite rare.

So Kids (between 18-25) Take notes from him…
Be like Jason, get off YouTube, TikTok, and complaining that life is so hard, and be a boss.
If you take the initiative like he has, your superiors will notice.
Doing the bare minimum, doesn’t cut it in the workforce anymore.

Jason has definitely gone out of his way to help me. Thank you Jason for dealing with me as a customer that I know wasn’t easy. Your knowledgeability, efficiency, and work ethic to make things right truly meant a lot.

If his boss reads this…. Give him a raise.

Lessie was extremely helpful (a lifesaver!). He spent all the time we needed to resolve our problems with an app. And also left us with a screenshot video with instructions! He was so professional and also so kind.

Shay and Luis were the best!!! Love them they took care of us and one of the best experiences in a cellphone retail store ever. Really transparent and made super comfortable with our swap over. They made us excited to be apart of the T-Mobile family. Need to give these two folks some serious props and look forward to more visits to this location. Helps to know you have a good local store you can rely on.

She was really sweet, genuine, patient and went above and beyond, providing the best customer service and experience. We had a few hurdles with switching over, but Leah made it easy and guided us through each step of the process. Truly grateful for Leah’s expertise and assistance!

Shay was outstanding. Not only did she take great care of us as we transitioned from Verizon to TMobile, she went above and beyond to ensure that we were set up with the best offer possible, even with all the scenarios we threw at her. She took the time to look up all the offers and even encouraged us to take our offer back to Verizon to prove that it couldn’t be beat.

As a 10+ year Verizon customer, the service to switch to T-Mobile couldn’t have been better. Thank you Shay for your knowledge, your transparency.

I am a brand new customer at T-Mobile. I went to the store this afternoon, in a panic, to try and get an issue resolved, that for me, was an absolute deal-breaker. The representative, Leah, was incredibly understanding, extremely helpful, and, she resolved it quickly! I wish every interaction with a major retail company was like this one. From my perspective, this was world-class service!

I had the best experience at the store yesterday Thursday the 29th of September. A representative named Trey that was at this location yesterday has always been so helpful. He switched everything from my old phone to my new phone, and it was such a pain but he got it all done he is amazing he knows exactly what he's doing it's awesome!!! I've known him for about a couple of weeks or so. He also works at another location that I go to a lot the Mill Creek location. The other Representatives that are at this location are awesome as well!!!

By my own mistake, I deleted all of my passwords... hundreds! Almost hopelessly I slinked into the Foothill T-Mobile office. Within 2 minutes Leah had restored the passwords and made my day a lot happier!
2 weeks later bought a phone there. Old guy + new phone = chaos! Leah and Shay calmed the storm and got me through it. Outstanding service.

By far the best store in the Valley! I would drive across Salt Lake City to have the store manager Shay help me. She made sure all my bases were covered, very cheer’y demeanor and answered all my questions.

Earlier today, my partner and I spent FOUR HOURS at the Sugarhouse T-Mobile and left defeated and empty handed. The service from the store manager specifically was simply not there. The guy never once greeted us, looked in our direction, or offered any sort of assistance after he was briefed with our situation and time spent at that particular location. We left frustrated, almost in tears, and questioning the decision to go with T-Mobile in the first place.

We came to the Foothill T-mobile with little hopes, considering our first experience earlier in the day, and were appalled at how different the service was here.

Leah, the store manager, along with Shay, Trey, and Petra solved our issue in two hours. Every 10-15 minutes we were updated on what was happening, and were consistently apologized to—for a problem they didn’t cause! At the end of it all, having spent a total of SIX HOURS between two locations, Shay and Leah could sense our fatigue and let us go, all while saying, “we’ll figure this out and call you when we do.” 20 minutes after leaving, Shay calls us to let us know we’re all set up and all problems were solved.

This particular staff turned our whole day around after a less than ideal start at the first store. Thank you!

Leah, store manager in the Foothill T-Mobile store is outstanding in customer service. We been to the store for many account changes & purchases. She cares & follows through on everything that the T-Mobile back office will allow. Very responsive & responsible. We are 8 year T-Mobile customers & will be staying with them for all our 5G mobile & home internet needs.
