Quality Inn

I have stayed here several times now and I love the rooms. They are always very clean and wonderful.
The staff have always been very nice and helpful with each visit I have made.
The hotel is large and a little confusing to navigate on the inside, but luckily, there are plenty of entrances around the building, so you can park very close to your room.
I definitely have enjoyed my stays at this hotel and plan to return whenever I am in town.

I almost did not even try this place because the reviews were so negative. However, it was the only hotel in the area and I've had a very opposite experience. The desk clerk was exceptionally helpful, considering my wallet once again grew legs and I was without a hard copy of ID. I needed the rest very much after a 70 mile biking! She even told me I could just go ahead and bring my bike in the room rather than find somewhere to lock it. The room was very clean; there is a mini fridge, microwave, coffeemaker; the air conditioner was on when I walked in; and there are full body mirrors galore! The entire experience deserves an A+ in my book. There is even breakfast in the morning!

Greatest staff on the entire planet, especially Jenny! I forgot something in the room and they not only helped me get it back, but were great with my anxiety and overthinking. Good prices, great location if your heading east or west, near food, breakfast in the morning, nice rooms, and great staff. Im not a bot just extremely greatful.

I had a pleasant experience. My room (121) was very spacious and accommodating. Very clean and well stocked. Breakfast was fine. The second floor (I assume was the smoking rooms) stunk like hell. Everyone was really friendly and helpful.

The girl at check in was very sweet, and kept her cool when the lobby was loud and busy. My room is great and everything works fine. The BED. THE BED is so comfy.
Only drawback, no elevators. Request a lower floor room, when you arrive, if you can’t do stairs. No complaints otherwise. Plenty of fast food and convenience nearby.
I’ll be here for a while for work, and I’m very happy so far!

The rooms were very nice for a budget friendly hotel. The breakfast was adequate as well! We were very happy with our stay!

I give it a 4.7 out of 5.0. There rooms are a lot nicer expected for the price. If you're not happy were your room is locked they have no problem upgrading you to sweet located where you want to be.

Property is very well maintained. It sets back behind the local gas station, far enough back it is quiet. Easy to fill up in the morning, grab a coffee and set off. The rooms are standard rooms, has everything you need. Unless you are expecting a suite with cashews. They have a nice workout area. Very pleased with this location. The front desk was very pleasant and greeted me every time she noticed me.

This place is better than 2 stars! We got 2 rooms, for the next 2 days.
We started out in Bucyrus Ohio, and the hotels were booked for a wedding!
10 minutes up the road, we found this one and we're happy to find great comfort and an indoor pool for the kids!
I would recommend this place over the hotels in Bucyrus, for my own friends and family!
The guy cleaning the room wouldn't listen, when I said that I had the room for 2 more days. He said it's past checkout time, so I waited to hear if he reacted to this? He screamed Allah and I have no idea what else due to laughter!!

Clean room. The towels is fresh , looks like new. Comfortable bed. Hot shower. Perfect for one night. Big parking.

Stephanie, Oliver and I got room 424 which is a suite. This room is so far number one on my list. Truly awesome use of space. Hot tub helped end my evening sooooo relaxed. I would get this room again in a heart beat. Staff and room above my expectations. Thank you for the great night.

Broke down and this hotel was a life saver.. came in when AAA had us towed and not only did they work with us but all of staff was helpful in making sure we stayed safe until help came! If we ever come this way again we will stay here again

This place honestly deserves 10 stars across-the-board. My girlfriend and I stayed here last night. Room was exceptionally clean very quiet and extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be back to this establishment.

A Co worker and I were down that way for a work training and the original hotel that was booked had busted screens and there were no cars in the parking lot. When we had asked for at least a 2nd floor room we were told they were still dirty from a wedding this past weekend. We decided NOT to stay there but we are not from the area so we went to have dinner at the Bob Evans right there and one of the servers recommended the Quality Inn down the road. I called and reserved a room, chatting with the front desk receptionist about why we were in town and the Bates Motel we almost stayed in. After we got to the Quality Inn and met the amazing front desk receptionist, she gave us a company rate for the room. She was so welcoming and friendly and my coworker and I slept like babies. I have zero complaints. The ladies in the morning were equally as pleasant and the sausage gravy and biscuits was DELICIOUS. I wish I could remember their names bc our impending disastrous night was completely turned around by the amazing hospitality here. Thank you a thousand times!

The room was clean, bed comfortable, bathroom was clean and large enough to move around in. The only downside is the motel is huge we had a bit of a time finding our room it's like a maze

Friendly staff, rooms were very nice. Breakfast was very nice and had a good sized selection more so than most hotels I've stayed at. Would definitely stay again for sure!

Average. They have a pool, smoking rooms and a breakfast. I didn't think smoking rooms existed anymore.
Decent hotel. Decent place to work too, I've worked there.

It was my girls first time to stay in a hotel! They loved it. They got to swim in the pool and we had it all to ourselves and it was nice and clean facility!

Room was very large, clean reasonably priced. Breakfast was well stocked. Staff was friendly and helpful.
