Pilot Travel Center

For first time in one year we have the pleasto visit a very good care and clean Pilot. The shower was very clean good maintained (except for the trash can that was with some early trash). Good customer service. Good job manager and team.

I love Pilot!!! They have such clean restrooms and the variety of the store is also very convenient and the food is decent too!!

23/09 A GREAT location. All Pilot/Flying J locations have been 5 stars. I have total confidence in planning P/FJ stops whether travelling or near home.

Very busy pilot but the service was good and the parking lot was quiet and safe

The shower rooms have plenty of space, the worker's are very polite, this is the best Pilot I've been to.

Clean, nice...always good. Not so much spots for trucks unfortunately. McDonald's is here.

My husband and I stayed here for our 34 hour reset on 4-13-19 & 4-14-19. This store is very clean, well organized, has nice showers, and many available amenities. The surrounding area leaves you with a variety of food choices. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. To Britnee and the other staff who worked all day on 4-14-19, you guys rock! You all had great personalities. There's a reason we choose Pilot time and time again....store #239 is just one solid prime example as to why. Thanks all, see ya next time!

my husband and I are OTR truck drivers and this place is very nice and clean which has not been the norm lately for pilot locations. They even keep the grounds clean! Also very nice and helpful people working here. A very pleasant experience and we have wrote this pilot down as one to be a regular stop for us.

Really nice place to stop to use the restroom. Clean restrooms with lots of privacy, well stocked with soap and that scrubby stuff to remove oil and grease from your hands. It also appears that they have laundry and possibly shower facilities. Food options including a Subway. Thanks for being open and conveniently located off of US 23.

these five stars are for mandy,thank you for helping me get to my truck.also to the soft spoken young lady at subway,you are sweet.my guy with the Red Sox fitted,to dude with red hair,to short mixed girl at subway.idk all your names but thank you……I was stuck here for 6 days and some of the employees were absolutely wonderful.thank you again for helping a stranded brother

the staff here is simply wonderful. I was "stuck" here waiting for a load for a week and the staff made me feel very welcome and valued. this pilot is SPOTLESS!!! showers were so so clean. you girls rock! thank you for making me feel a part of your"family"

Store is always clean, employees are friendly for the most part, bathrooms are exceptionally clean. The new renovations that have been made give it a fresh look. I love coming into the store!

Clean, modern with a friendly helpful staff and top notch management. Subway on premises and a plethora of snacks and sundries.
Do check out the new self-serve coffee dispensers. They are top of the line, serving your choice of 'grind on demand beans'. Each machine has 3 types of coffee beans so you will find a favorite.

Manager there was very professional, kind, and concerned about helping. He made me a new rewards card, added my previous points, and also treated me on a coffee. I felt well treated and like a true customer. Thanks!!

Love this place. Great coffee and good food. I downloaded the Pilot App and it gives me triple the points every time I fuel with it. In one month i was able to save enough points to get the Tiger Elite Bluetooth headset.

I really like the consistency, between each location! I reviewed one in Simpsonville Kentucky and had a similar experience.
I have to brag on the local population at this location!
I got a flat tire from a reflector at the exit. I didn't notice it so I drove across the road looking for a delta 8 CBD cartridge. A guy walked up to us and offered to help, and went back across the road to a towing service truck. They didn't know each other, but sure enough that service van put air in the tire, walked into the store and bought fix a flat out of his own pocket and refused to let us pay for that even!! Great people just seem to be at Pilot stations!

Did 10 hours brake. Usually stoped here for diesel because they have lowest prices in Ohio. My first time actually staying here. Truck parking not big but easy backing. Clean and well maintained showers and bathrooms. Well organized and stocked store. Fresh food in store and Subway. Try pizza. They got one of the best among pilots. Also you can create your own pizza. Landry clean. They got 2 washers and 4 dryers. Can use coins, credit card or points. And most importantly very friendly employees. Will go beyond to make your day. Parking can be tight but the staff are very nice and rad as hell. Everyone complaining needs to take a chill pill. Yer driving a rig off the interstate, be thankful there's a truck stop at all. Every day isn't perfect out here drivers but don't take it out on innocent people. The staff didn't purchase the land/building, they are making their pay just like the rest of us.
