Stopped here for dinner after hiking and highly recommend.

Ordered ribs and they were great. Attentive and friendly staff.

I was told by the young server behind the bar I wasn't allowed to leave until ribs were finished and I happily complied.

Post 13 mile hike the friendly atmosphere, quick service and solid food/beverage were appreciated! We will be back.
I had the Carolina pulled pork and my friend had the brisket and pulled pork with fries and cornbread. I’m leaving with a happy belly!

Had a great dinner here. Great atmosphere, good service, not overly crowded and best of all, certainly not Vail prices! Had the Brisket and Rib combo and both were excellent. Dog friendly. If you're in the Vail resort and don't want to pay Vail pricing for something good, this is worth the extra drive for sure!

Best BBQ I have had in a long time. Stopped after a hike and it was a much needed. Service was great! Food was great! Jalapeño poppers were very good. Macaroni was not cheesy but flavorful and it had pickles which was good.

Food is delicious but the biggest credit to this establishment is their service. We ordered pickup which was ready in 15 minutes and we forgot to check our order upon taking it home. When we got home we realized one of our entrees was not in the box. We called the restaurant and they knew immediately whom we were and asked us where we were and the employee who took our order brought it to our house and offered his humblest apologies. The missing enter was on the table while the rest of our family was still eating their food. They went way above and beyond to rectify their slight mishap. 10 stars- will be ordering again soon

Pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw is delicious, the beans are the kind of beans you crave later, and the hand-cut fries are perfectly seasoned and come out hot. We are passing through and came across Kirby’s and decided to stop and try it out, definitely a must see here. We also got to enjoy some live music tonight

Great food, nice place and friendly staff. The burgers are good, the fries are crispy and also the beer on tap was (amber) was very tasty. The waitress was a bit weird but friendly. The only downside was the fact that we did not find any shade under the umbrellas as the sun was already quite low, but who wants to complain about the sun shining 🌞

Enjoyed lunch. I had the pulled pork bbq sandwich and a side order of corn bread 🍞 😋 was very satisfied. The drinks were good and average price. My boyfriend had the cowboy cup, that was tasty aswell. Recommend for anyone seeking good bbq

No holds barred the BBQ here rocks! I visit Vail almost annually from WI and I usually make a point of enjoying their award winning BBQ at the Vail's Farmer Market and at their main restaurant in Minturn. I can confidently say is it is consistently outstanding!

Such a great find in Minturn! Dog friendly and our server was so nice he even brought our puppy grilled chick breast. Truly such nice staff and great food. Wonderful patio.

Excellent BBQ! We’re Texans and Kirby’s BBQ pork ribs are excellent! We also liked the Jalapeño Poppers and Fried Green Tomatoes!

Stopped in on a motorcycle trip through Colorado. Hands down the best pulled pork sandwich I have had in the state. The service was extremely friendly despite how busy they were. I highly recommend if you are passing through near lunch time that you stop here for some incredible bbq.

This is a great local family spot. The food was great and the service is even better. Don't forget to try the special cocktails, we basically got one each all amazing. The pricing is what you expect in a small town but big taste. We will definitely be back.

Delicious barbecue and man size portions. I ordered a 2 plate combo with brisket and pulled pork, the brisket was a winner!!

This place is out of this world good, we were traveling from grand junction to the eastern plains and stopped by for an early dinner, and I am glad we did, service was great, the sweet tea was on point and i would say the BBQ is one of the best I have ever had. Next time I am in the area I will be going again

Unreal place and will be a regular stop when in the area! All 6 of us had different things and all were great and French fries were some of best anywhere. Definitely order the pig wings!
