I recently purchased a BMW 428I from Volta! For the pass couple years I began riding my motorcycles daily. Literally daily, rain or shine and left my car to just sit in the driveway. Anyway, Due to a couple close calls, I decided it was time to get back on 4 wheels more. Instead of revamping the car I already had I made the conscious decision to go ahead and buy a new car as I not normally change cars every 3-4 years. Not certain on what type of car I wanted other than a luxury vehicle I started searching online for BMW series 4s, 5s, and 6s along with Jaguar models (the car I have sitting in the driveway is a Jaguar XF) . I came across a couple BMW 428I online and I liked the style of them. One was on a offer-up post from Volta and one from another local dealer. The other local dealer car was priced almost 10k more than Volta and wasn’t much difference in the options and milage. I messaged them and they responded on the offer-up app. Interested in the car I then went to their website and submitted the credit app.

Honestly, me being somewhat impatient as I wanted to get a car promptly to drive out if town for the weekend instead of getting a rental car I called the lot moments after submitting the app and messaging them on offer-up advising I had submitted the app. I was told that the person (Ricardo) was with another customer at the moment but that they would be reviewing the app and giving me a call back soon as he was done with the other customer. And within an hour, Ricardo called me back. He confirmed a couple things on my app and contacted the finance company. He called me back again and we went over numbers. Yes! I was ready to buy before even test driving the car. All of the details and photos they had online showed the car in great detail. I work in Carson and get off work at 5:30pm -6pm. Ricardo and I worked everything out over the phone, he even contacted some of his insurance brokers to get quotes in the event I couldn’t get my broker. All of this was between 3:30pm-5pm. By 5:30pm I had my insurance broker on standby just waiting for me to give her the word to add the car to my policy .

I left work at 5:30pm, got to the car-lot around 6pm and the car looked even better than on photos. Richard came out. We went over the car. I got on the phone with my Insurance broker and told her to pull the trigger. Lol! We went inside, got the down payment and all the paperwork knocked out within half an hour. By 6:45pm I was driving off the lot in my BMI 428I. Very nice car. Probably the nicest set-up I’ve seen on this model. Couple custom touches was done from wheels, vinyl top, smoked lights etc. And the car runs perfect. Zero issues. Had to do some follow-up calls a few days later with Felicia to get my license plates and her too was pleasant to work with. I received my license plates and tags within a week. I will certainly be a repeat customer and refer Volta to anyone in need of a car. Also, they work with the same finance company who I bought my last car from years ago who’s a good company to work with. Just all around an easy going experience. Huge shoutout to Ricardo & Felicia as well as Jorge.

These guys are great, my fiancé and I got a deal! The experience overall was quick and simple. They had a variety of cars to choose from and we found ours. We bought a 2013 beetle that was below kbb value and couldn’t pass up on the deal.

So I bought a Civic from these guys. They have some nice cars here. Going to come back later and trade this in for a Mercedes or BMW. Everyone was friendly can’t complain.

Ricardo & Jose were very helpful & they do not sell salvage title vehicles & it’s all clean titles & outstanding service & I bought an new 2016 Toyota Highlander with only 38,553 miles on it & explained that certain brand vehicles are recommended. This is a hidden gem that I was able to get a great deal on my 2008 R32 Volkswagen but my only issue is that the car had the rear bumper damaged in the parking lot from a previous person who was interested in the car. I wish this was something they could have fixed so they would have gotten the price they asked for. Other then that it was a great experience. I also need a new battery because of the subwuffer that comes with my car so next time I recommend that all of these things should get taken care of prior to selling the car. Bought a Honda Civic from here about 2 months ago. Upon taking it to a mechanic, they informed me the brake pads were very badly worn out, which cost me around $400 to replace.

Apparently, they had been bad for a while. I wish I was informed of this upon purchase, rather than find out not too long after having the car.

Bought a car from them, but when I got it all my paper work and even registration said it was a 2017 come to find out it was a 2016 not a huge difference but can’t stand the fact that it wasn’t what I thought I was buying, the day I went to pick up my car the car was absolutely filthy inside, they didn’t even try to wipe it down, there was dirt rocks and mud all over the floors, they also gave me the car on Empty which most car dealerships make sure to detail the car and fill the tank before selling it & within 2 months of having the car it needed an oil change & literally every single tire was bald. The salesman was Armando who helped me was so unprofessional, he was constantly flirting with me & as we were sealing the deal with his boss he was texting my phone number saying I looked so beautiful and sexy 🤮 which they only had to contact me about picking up the car as well as my info for the finance company, and for weeks after I got the car he continued to text me asking if he could date me and he would say nasty things. He was so gross & he requested me on Facebook where he had pictures of him and his wife and kid.
