Hudson's Restaurant

Love this iconic Hudson restaurant! (See what I did there..??) Nice blend of traditional and eclectic cuisine served in a very comfortable and casual atmosphere. Went with my wife on Valentines Day. I gladly ordered the special beef short ribs with wine reduction and my wife opted for the classic fish fry. Both were fantastic - proper doneness, temperature and flavor. Did you know that Hudsons has a HUGE selection of bourbons on their bar menu? World class!

While visiting Hudson's Restaurant for the first time, they had their pop-up Christmas Bar, Blitzen's. I absolutely love the decor! Christmas exploded, and it totally put me in the Christmas mood. They had festive Cocktails, mugs, glasses, and headbands for purchase. The food is so delicious!! I had the Buffalo chicken pierogis. It tasted like Buffalo chicken dip, and I would order them again and again. The chicken bacon ranch tacos were amazing. The parmesan fries, however, had balsamic drizzled on top, which I was not expecting and made it too sweet. Service was very slow, and it wasn't busy when we showed up. It took forever to get refills and did not receive appetizer plates when we got our basket of pierogies. I highly recommend it though, especially during the Christmas season!! It's a small restaurant, so I recommend keeping that in mind.

Hudson’s is a great spot in Hudson, OH to grab some great food with friends! Situated in the heart of downtown, it’s always bustling and serving up creative meals/drinks. At Halloween time, it turns into floor to ceiling “Nightmare before Blitzen’s” with lots of Halloween decor, food and drinks. At Christmas, it turns into the best Christmas bar/restaurant in the Cleveland area. Literally floor to ceiling decorations everywhere. It’s so festive!

Attended the Easter brunch and the food was delicious! They offered a large variety of foods, each of which was clearly labeled with information regarding gluten & dairy content for those with dietary needs.

The atmosphere was intimate and classy with the leather & wood booths. Bar is well-stocked. Staff was friendly and efficient, even with how busy it was.

What a gem! We found Hudson's on a Google search and are glad we did. It was cozy, the staff was very friendly, and the burgers were so delicious. This place is a keeper. We are considering going back even if it is a 90 minute drive.

Myself and 7 of my coworkers came in on Wednesday after work for dinner and drinks. Someone else described it as "Christmas Exploded" and they were 100% right! The holiday atmosphere was perfect and just made you feel festive and happy. We had a long wait for a table due to the "no reservations" rule. The server who was going to be assigned to us was late, but they still seated us hoping she/he would be there shortly. They were not. Half an hour later we were finally greeted by a new server (literally new, her second day on the job), Alicia, and she was SUPERB! She handled our 8 and another table of 8 that were not supposed to be assigned to her, along with the section that was assigned to her, and she KILLED IT! The food was amazing, the specialty drinks were so good and we all had just the best time. I love this concept of a Christmas Pop-Up Bar and can't wait to do it again!!! Highly recommend, just be very patient and let yourself enjoy the surroundings!

Such an awesome night out for the holiday season! Food was amazing and our waiter Aaron was amazing! Friendly, patient and fun!! Food came out quickly and everything was hot and delicious! Will definitely be back again very soon!

We stopped into Hudson’s to check out pop up Blitzens. Wait time was about 20. They take no reservations. No worries we walked around Downtown Hudson. They sent a text when table was ready. We had 10 minutes to get back.
Aaron was our server. He was quick and polite!! We always appreciate when we get timely checkins for refills. One of the things we noticed was how well the staff got along and helped each other!
We did call Kevin ( one of the owners) over to share what a pleasant experience we had.

Awesome food, service & atmosphere. Delish Walleye (my table enjoyed blackened & fried). The bloody Mary & mimosa were mixed just right. I will be at repeat customer. A true gem for Hudson, Ohio!

Alicia was our server and honestly she was so so awesome. My family and I came for dinner on a Friday night during the Blitzen pop up and it was so packed.

She treated us with kindness and personality all while providing amazing and swift service in addition to fighting around the crowd.

Lots of laughs and drinks, Alicia made our first night out visiting my parents for the holiday rememberable.

Well, this place is great to eat at with simply amazing views on the outer patio! The food is excellent and we were very pleased with the service that we received. The photos below are of the Hudson Burger which had arugula, mushrooms, jalapeno bacon, and a garlic aioli all on a Brioche bun. Excellent burger.

Quick and friendly service and the food and drinks were great as well. If you go from the end of November until Christmas they have a pop up Christmas bar called Blitzens featuring holiday drinks and it's all decorated! I highly recommend visiting at this time of the year!

Great food! Incredible salads. Prices were reasonable but not cheap but not was the service or atmosphere. Worth a visit. My kids loved it. Were told 1.5 hour wait but was more like 45 minutes.

Wait is long on weekends, but it’s a blast and the service is 10 stars. Food is really good We had a fantastic time at this establishment and enjoyed every second of our time spent there!

This is our family’s go-to place for comfort food on our annual trip to Ohio. We have been customers for four generations! The service is perfect. The staff is always exceptionally friendly. We love the food, and there are vegetarian options. We wouldn’t miss a meal at Hudson’s when we are in town.

Great atmosphere, great holiday decorations, quick service by a very good waitress, good food at a reasonable price.

Shared wings and vodka pasta and it was amazing. When the bread came out piping hot I knew it would be great but then the salad came out and had an awesome white French dressing and the rest of the food did not disappoint at all. Will definitely be back and cannot wait!
