Used to be a convenient place with mostly helpful staff. Now it seems the helpful people are all gone.

One cashier is very rude to me he don't smile he trashed me he works under the influence he works express lane all the time and works at raleys on Freeport Blvd. His name is edward

I never thought I would review a pharmacy, but I can't believe how bad of an experience I've had. I was anxious to get my medicine so I went in despite not getting a call. Only one of three items was ready. No problem, it had only been maybe 4 hours. The next day, I got a call and went in, and they couldn't find my prescription. I sat and waited for a few minutes, achey and fatigued, only to get one of now two medicines I was waiting for. Next day, I get a call and go in for the final bit of medicine, the thing that would've helped my symptoms the most. When I got home, I realized there was no measuring device (it was a liquid). I was livid for a few moments, wondering whenever I will take this medicine at all. I am now writing a review rather than calling them for help because they have dropped so many balls. Now it's time to find a new pharmacy, further from home. Hopefully the next one will at least have a better intercom system so I don't have to try reading lips to understand what they're saying.

Terrible. Went to fill my prescription, and they told me 40 minutes. Shopped for 40 minutes and went back, and they told me 40 minutes again. Both times, there was nobody in line or waiting. Seems in this day and age they would figure out.

Welp, another example into how much Raleys is lacking. Pharmacy opens at 10am. But don't expect them to help you until 10:13. Great hours for working folks! I was in the store waiting for the pharmacy to open for 35 minutes.

BACKSTORY:

All night ER visit for my wife, prescribed Motrin at discharge around 3am

THE PHARMACY:

Two signs greet you, "order here" and "pickup". I figure since the script was sent at 3AM. i would wait in the order here sign as I acknowledge they probably haven't had time to fill it. I'll order, and then wait for them to fill it like all pharmacies. Welp. Not at Raleys.

I wait for pharmacy to open 35 minutes, wait to be served by the slowest mumbling man on earth 13 minutes after they open.

I explain the situation, hand him papers from the hospital with the script sent to Raleys pharmacy clearly marked on top, he slowly begrudgingly checks a computer and then acknowledges that the "ER did order the medicine here" (oh thanks, didn't know that!) and that I need to wait for a text to get the medicine, they dont fill prescriptions at the order here counter.

Mind you they don't have my phone number, only my wifes who's home passed out with a dead phone.

What exactly is the point of a "order here" sign if you don't let anyone "order here"?

Why does it take 13 minutes to acknowledge customers after you open at 10am, when I'm sitting here watching you get dressed in your glass box at 930am, watch you fumble around, watch you wait to 5 min before open to grab your two cash drawers and then set up the POs systems.

Why can't you fill a script for OTC level drugs while I wait. I waited all damn night, I can wait some more.

Ended up getting some generic Motrin OTC for 14 bucks more than my copay and bounced.

Never again Raleys. Never again

First they open to late then staff always in a rash and when you come don't have the medication on time event when you receive a text

This is the worest place I have ever done business. From out of state had my refill for 10 days count get it completed. Zero customer service and hung up on me many times
