Chase Bank

This was the best interaction I've ever had with a stranger. I don't have an account with chase, but my uncle wrote me a check for my birthday, and I went there to cash it. The teller was so sweet, compassionate, and helpful and gave me 4 candy canes, and told me Merry Christmas.

Great staff always there to help. Alex Spitler is great to work with. Highly recommend!

Helen in particular is totally rude. Asking what paperwork I need to bring in to close an account. Raised her voice and cut me off repeatedly for no reason.

I’ve never met such rude people in my whole life. This woman just talked to me like I was a toddler and the other woman behind the counter stood there and laughed at how that lady was treating me. My 5 year old said “why were they so mean to you mommy?” And my 9 year old said “that lady just stood there and laughed at you”.
