Hollywood Hardware

It really sucks to hear that Hollywood Hardware is closing down. I didn't hear the news and tried to go today but saw it was closed. It was right around the corner, the people were friendly, they few had free popcorn for the kids and a really cool Christmas display. It was a great neighborhood store that had everything I needed and it sure beats going to Home Depot. Very sad to see them go.

First and foremost, it is unfortunate to see this iconic neighborhood business close its doors due to big box stores. The surrounding neighborhoods wish you and your the best! Thanks for all your help and support to the community. You will definitely be missed. Best wishes!

Edit...on Sunday, I was fixing our in-ground sprinkler system. I needed a part, was dirty from digging, and thought I really didn't want to drive the 4 miles to the big box store. I knew I was driving right past Hollywood Hardware, so I gave them a call en route to make sure they had the part I needed. They quickly confirmed it was in stock, stopped in, and in 2vminutes was on my way with the part I needed. Cudos to Hollywood Hardware for outstanding customer service on a Sunday afternoon!

Hollywood Hardware is a wonderful neighborhood hardware store that carries almost everything and anything you may need for a project. Plus, they carry gardening tools and patio furniture.

Hollywood Hardware is my go-to-place for my hardware and gardening needs!

Prices are extremely reasonable, and they have a senior discount on Tuesday.

Excellent customer service, always see staff out and about the store helping customers, making sure satisfied customers leave with exactly what they need.

This was a great neighborhood hardware store for years, sad they are out of business now. Best of luck to the family and staff.

This is my go-to hardware store. It's small but compact, not a big-box store. I enjoy shopping at a store that's a fixture in an area. Besides, there's a used bookstore next door, Crawford's. So it's a fun two-fer on a lazy Saturday afternoon, and Marie Calender's is right down the street as well as Bel Aire Market.

My favorite hardware store❤ Everyone is nice and knowledgeable. They have a big selection of products throughout the store. My favorite sections are the garden and kitchen. If you haven’t been there yet, put it in your list.

Mom and Pop hardware store. The lady in the front was very sweet and extremely friendly. I felt appreciated there in comparison to box stores like home depot. Check em' out!!

It's a place to visit at least once it has so much to offer and close to your door. Deal with good people find things you thought was no longer available. Check it out the best little big hardware store around.

First visit. Came in for a small bolt for drawer pull, was amazed at the amount and variety of products held within this seemingly tiny hardware store. Fantastic staff. Very nice location. Good place for gifts for gardener and handymen friends.

Cowboy is the one to talk to. Very sweet very knowledgeable about what you need even with vague description. Pretty awesome. Its a small town hardware, with friendly staff. It kinda makes you feel like you step back in time when you walk in. They sell a bit of everything. Need one bolt or nut. They got it and you dont buy a box of 500.

I've been coming here for over 40 years and this is my one and only choice as far as hardware stores are concerned. The staff are spot on with their knowledge. They know who I am, they are THE friendliest. They are like family to me. I really hate those big chain stores like Lowes and Home Depot. The staff at these stores are not very bright in any of their departments. Fact: I know more than they do.
