Neil Gardner (owner) was a fantastic landlord. He was always available via text and quickly responded to any issues and concerns. He has a great, outgoing personality and beautiful properties to match. He completely and beautifully renovated a building he bought with 6 apartments prior to renting them out. He is no slumlord. that is for sure. His property manager, Jason, was also very personable and responsive to any issues or concerns we had. Neil was also very sensitive to a medical issue that we were experiencing with one of our family members and has been more than accommodating and kind to us as we continue to navigate this challenge.
Thanks, Neil! If any of our family members ever return to Vermont, you will be the first person we call. If we could offer you more than 5 stars, we would. Best of luck to you!!!

Neil is a great landlord. He was always quick to respond when we had an issue with the house and was very considerate regarding all other aspects of management. One of the nicest landlords I’ve ever had. Would definitely recommend him to others!
