This place have the best cut of meats, they always have steaks with very high marbling. I always come here when I want to grab a good steak, and if they don't have what you want on display they have more over the counter just ask, and they have Japanese A5 wagyu which you have to ask for over the counter

My best friend growing up was Japanese and I'm Italian and Greek, it's always been amazing to share food together. Finding this grocery store brought me back to hanging out at their house together making onigiri and eating coconut jellies.

Great place to go shopping for all your Asian cuisine. They have more soy sauce and I never knew existed and every sauce in between that you could ever want. This place is one of my go to stops when we’re making dinner especially Asian inspired meals they have a great butcher For fish and a wonderful lunch spot if you want freshly made Asian cuisine but make sure to get there early because it does sell out real quick. Fresh seafood Wagyu beef, tons of cookware, and very helpful staff.

Absolutely the best Asian market in town. Good selection, great fish counter for sashimi-grade cuts, Wagyu and grass fed steaks and everything you need to make a traditional meal at home.

Hey this place is amazing, love the fact that there are so many authentic Japanese brands, so many choices for everything. From snacks to whole foods.

They also have hand made dishes with their ingredients, at that time saw bento boxes an Gohan dishes with chicken.

They also have many different options in the frozen foods section, some I can remember are Tempura Shrimp, Takoyakis, Udon, Ramen, Mochis, ice cream.

One matcha 💚 ice cream we bought was delicious, also the Mochis.

Anyway, I recommend this place to go have a look at least. There are many things worth trying.

And.. by the way.. get a cheesecake and rice balls.. they're delicious too 😅

While I’m entering the store, the smell of cleanliness greeted me. All in one place for sushi/sashimi lovers. Scottish salmon, and yellow fin tuna maguro sashimi are so fresh. They’re not fishy, and melts in your mouth. Pickled ginger is perfectly done👌. They also got Japanese sushi plates, and ramen bowls. Complete ingredients for Takoyaki, and Takoyaki oven plate. Arigato 🤗❤

This store is awesome, I fell in love when I purchased the tempura; it’s frozen but fresh.
There’s a aisle for tea and ramen, so many options at a reasonable price and fun collectibles as well.

Love shopping here! There is so much diversity in choices for food. The seafood department always have the type of sushi fish that I like and the lines are always fast!

Best place for Asian foods. Get there early because they run out of there pretty cooked meals quick. Best spicy poke I've ever had.

Clean, friendly, and well stocked. Not a wide selection of seafood, but a great selection of various other products. I’m definitely going back!

Went to do inventory at this store..... Nice store with wonderful selection of produce, meat and fish and all sorts of imported groceries and candy and housewares. Prices are good and the store is clean with friendly staff.

It's a specialty grocery store centered more on Japanese food and kitchen items.

They have prime beef among other choice items. Items can be pricey but most items cost significantly less than in normal grocery stores.

I always enjoy grocery shopping at Oto's when I'm in the area. I moved earlier this year and there isn't an Asian market where I love, so now I do my best to come down to Oto's for their wide selection and great prices. It's even cheaper than the Asian markets in Reno, NV.

They make amazing bento box lunches, on Friday and Saturday. Great selection of Japanese foods and beverages.

Have not been able to get pure green tea or iced coffee without something in them. Great shop, we are from Okinawa.

Nice and friendly staff and items change regularly...I have shopped here for along time and never plan to stop! Now that they are getting trading cards in more a reason to visit constantly

Walking in to Oto's Market reminded me of Japan. The market is packed, over stocked by American standards but not for Asian standards. I came for the Wagyu and King Crab for Christmas dinner. Their Wagyu is from Japan so it is extremely expensive but they have it. They had other seafood that looked good too. I recommend taking a visit.

Great staff with loving people. Always have a great experience when I go. They still enforce the mask rule which is great, because a lot of people/businesses have just stopped caring. They even saved me packages of items that are hard to come by, especially since I get off late.

Lots of Asian goodies, well maintained stocks and inventory, the store is super clean and organized, the price is reasonable. We definitely find new favorite place to shop.

If you want to purchase the freshest fish in Sacramento this is the place to go. Always clean and it doesn’t smell like a fish market when you walk in. Not everyone can go to Japan, but this is the next best place! Perfect also if you want to make your own sushi 🍣 at home too. Highly recommend ❤
