My first impression of Herb Chavers was great. I found him online and although he was further from my home than other businesses, his website explained so many things about the process I knew he was the one. When I did make my appointment, I knew exactly what to expect.

At my first appointment, I was given a review of how the process worked, the cost etc. I was also given homework of sorts, in gathering names, addresses of those in my trust, and also urged to have hard conversations with my siblings on who was willing to be my voice when I was incapacitated or dead. An email in follow up was done and then my second appointment arrived. I was given my complete trust, which was comprehensive. We now have the right documents in place to help manage things for Mom, and our stepfather has been placed in a lovely, affordable care facility (his own children are truly pleased at how nice it is). We have sorted out enough of the financial side to have a manageable plan going forward. The best thing we did when this crisis hit was to call Herb Chavers and to trust the other professionals he referred us to for their assistance. With Herb and the professionals he recommended all working with us, we made a formidable team. We quickly found the best solution and now feel well-prepared to manage what comes next.
