Listen - if you’re just visiting or if you’re a local ;Vin 48 is hands- down the best culinary and cocktail experience you’ll have in Avon. I’ve been here atleast 30 times. You can trust me. ;)From the daily specials to the craft cocktails - you simply cannot go wrong at Vin. The service is top notch , which if you’re local, you know is hard to find. Plenty of places with ‘good food ‘ and bad service. If you want to CHECK ALL THE BOXES, come to Vin 48. This place holds strong against the best restaurants I’ve eaten at across the country.

Unbelievably amazing food. Grilled heirloom carrots, brussel sprouts, scallop & pork belly, wedge salad, mushroom risotto, and pappardelle bolognese were incredible. Our new favorite restaurant in CO.

Vin48 is an absolute gem! The tapas style menu allowed us to savor a little bit of everything - each dish bursting with flavor and creativity. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making our dining experience truly special.

The service at Vin48 was top-notch, with cheerful staff members who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. And oh, the wine selection! It was extensive and perfectly paired with our meal.

To top it all off, the unique twist on carrot cake was a delightful surprise. It was a taste sensation that left us wanting more.

Add this to the list of best restaurants I’ve been to in America. Mocktails, chicken liver mousse, roasted baby beets, poached pear & burrata salad, grilled Mountain View pork chop, and Maine lobster risotto. Unassuming, laid back spot with highly attentive service and killer food 🔥🔥

We had a delicious dinner of small plates. Our party of 3 each tried a couple of our favorite foods and were able to share easily. The mussels and the steak tartare were my favorite. However, there was not a bad dish and a couple small plates really filled us up nicely.
The Italian red wine was exciting yet deep. The servers were friendly and made us feel welcomed and relaxed.

Stopped in the other night after reading good reviews on google. Started with the beet salad which was a bit small but very tasty. For my entree I went with the chicken dish which was fantastic. Lastly, the carrot cake was really good too. Friendly staff at the bar area!

Sunshine is absolutely amazing and so are all of the Healers working there. I love returning time after time after time.

We come here once or twice a year,
it was always good, now its even better than ever. Server told us that they changed chef, my compliments.
We always get a bunch of small plates instead of a main course so we can try a bit of everything.
Everything was absolutely delicious, our favorite was the bison tartare, I loved the capers, the octopus with the citrus tapenade the flavor was soooo good, the arugula and burrata salad was good, I would’ve added more prosciutto cause it was so good, then we had the special which was the foie gras, absolutely amazing, the acidity of the cherries paired perfectly, then we ordered the pork meatballs which were good but too sweet for our taste and the kind server let us choose something different so we went for the scallop and pork belly which was savory and tasted like heaven.
We don’t have a sweet tooth so we ordered the chicken liver mousse for dessert to finish our cocktail, the mousse was out of this world.
For cocktails we had the gin and pimms, super refreshing.
Service was a 10 and we love the ambiance.
I recommend a 100000%, I think we we’ll be back more often.

Everything in this restaurant from the ambiance to the food to the waitresses is top notch! Making reservations online was a breeze. We loved the Bison tar-tar and the pork chop large plate. I would say for 2 people with good appetites, 3-4 small plates and one large plate to share is plenty! I would definitely return back if in the area.

We loved the menu options and shared everything. Everything that came out was fabulous!

Vin48 was recommended to us by a chef in Vail Village. If a chef recommends a restaurant that isn't his, you go! We are so happy we did! Best meal. 10/10 stars. Don't research other restaurants, just come here. Seriously.

The restaurant is nice, nothing fancy but very cozy.
The food was great, lots of flavor and it all tasted freshly cooked.
I had the octopus and it was outstanding and the braised goat was to die for.
The place have been around for a while now and the owners have been constantly delivery quality food.
Bridgette was our server, she did a great job!! she was very friendly and explained the menu items very well.
We will be back!!

Vin48 is the most exquisite restaurant in Avon, even Edwards. They locally source many of their ingredients. Everything from the meats and seafood, to the salads and deserts tastes fresh and full of the love and care of a gourmet home cooked meal. The staff is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to their ever changing seasonal menus and current, up-to-date wine and cocktail lists. The wholesomeness of the staff translates to the environment which creates a warm and welcoming place to enjoy a meal, or even host an event. The entire place is full of windows facing Beaver Creek. By day the views are scenic. At night the stars can be seen from almost any table, inside or out. Vin48 satisfies all of the senses. It is the only restaurant I recommend. I always enter to kind, smiling faces, and leave, excited to come back.

The dinner we had recently was superb, the best meal we ever had a Vin 48. We havebeen going there since it opened 16 years ago and last night topped them all.
I can't say I ever had a bad meal thee, but the baramundi special, brussel sprouts and the beets were all at the top!
If there was anything negative it was loud diners on either side of us.

We had a great time at this restaurant! Our server was amazing. Food was delicious. Drinks were on point.

Came in with the family without reservations, and they were very quick to sit us. Ordered several appetizers and everything was a hit. Bomb truffle fries, Brussels sprouts, wedge salad, and shisto peppers. Skipped main corse and went straight to dessert. Carrot cake was a 10/10, ice cream was delicious, and some other flourless cake with raspberry dust! Awesome spot!

My family had an excellent experience last night. My husband loved how many mezcals they had on the menu. Best apps were Mussels and sautéed mushrooms. Pasta with shrimp was phenomenal. Portions were perfect. Sarah was our server, she was attentive and spot on - on all of her recs. We were sat in a small room next to a large party so it was hard to hear. Everything else was perfect!

TRY EVERYTHING. We had a wonderful evening and excellent service at Vin48. The 2012 Tempranillo was wonderful and accompanied the perfect meal. We ordered a little of everything (apps, small plates, and mains) and the chef timed it perfectly. The carrot cake was the best ending! Thank you!

excellent restaurant in avon! they have an extremely unique menu of various meat and sea food items. we absolutely loved the truffle fries, arancini, mussels, calamari, tuna, meatballs, basically all the small plates and then we got the truffle risotto. all was amazing. would absolutely come again

Alex best waiter in town!! Food was excellent, drinks spectacular and even catered to our 2 young children. Tapas were too damn good!! Thanks Alex for the hospitality. Great Night.
