Riley and his team are killing it at R’s Farmers Market. The meat is the best you’ll find the valley and the service is top notch. Whether you’re planning to cook for a party or just need a quick meal for dinner with family tonight , stop by R’s . You’ll find a quality selection of pre cooked items ready for sous vide , baking or boiling. The lamb shanks are top notch . Excited to try the osso bucco for our Xmas dinner. The steaks and seafood here are excellent ! If you’re looking for a restaurant quality meal at home - this is where you need be. Can’t guarantee you’ll get the same results as me …. ;)

Highly recommend.

Had a couple of the bone in, dry aged rib eyes cut off the slab. Ridiculously expensive but worth every penny. We all agreed they were the best textured and flavored steaks we had ever eaten. Do yourself a favor…..avoid the $150+ / pp dinner in the village tonight; buy these steaks and a $100 bottle of wine at Beaver Liquors. You will be hundreds dollars ahead and eat/drink at least twice as well.

Best meats, fresh seafood, and artisanal cheese selection in the state. You also won't find any better customer service in the valley. The owner, manager and staff have my sincere gratitude.

Every time we are in the mountains we stop by to get one of these amazing steaks! Pricey when compared to a grocery store, but a bargain when compared to a 5 star steak restaurants.

If you're looking for prime cuts, delivered from a friendly, knowledgeable, staff, look no further. The prices aren't "cheap", but offer incredible value. Whether choosing from their own, hybridized, herd of cattle, to elite seafood offerings, or even more "affordable cuts" for serving larger numbers, I am impressed visit after visit. I rarely have a plan when I enter, and have had nothing but exceptional experiences. Any suggested preparations have been spot on. I usually make my own demi, but theirs was flavor-packed when I needed it in a pinch. Their other offerings of fine chocolates, and international treats, along with a few regional produce items, are equally as impressive.

Whether you're looking for a cut you're comfortable cooking, or to venture out and try something new, this crew will take care of you. True professionals.

We’ve been here a few times in the past few weeks and have been impressed with the excellent quality fresh fish, fresh butchered meat selection and some of the produce. The “June Hog” King Salmon is amazing and I’ve never seen this for sale, anywhere. The fish and meats are not cheap but excellent quality, and a unique offering compared to big box grocers.

There are also a wide selection of intriguing frozen meats and imported pantry/chocolate/pre-packaged items we are looking forward to trying.

We were disappointed last year when the prior butcher at this location closed up shop, but excited to see R Market take over this spot with an even broader selection of items.

The chocolate selection is out of this world. Seeing Fruition caramels all the way in Colorado is a delightful surprise. Great selection of meat; love to see the Merguez sausages. Lots of interesting items I'd love to try out you won't find in most specialty stores in big cities.

7 of us rented a townhome in Beaver Creek village with a plan to cook and eat at home. R Farmers Market came highly recommended for top notch steaks. They did not disappoint!

Thank you Matt for answering the phone after hours. Had he not, we may have never shopped there. We purchased some amazing aged filet mignon. The quality, flavor, and tenderness were unmatched for this grill master.

The one thing we were missing was that wood smoke flavor you cannot get on the home’s gas grill. Matt came through again with some wood grilling planks.

The products, service, and atmosphere here are unmatched. Thank you again for everything.

This place is great! Helped our family plan our Christmas roast. Ordered a cut of pork shoulder a few days in advance and picked up on Christmas Eve. They even threw in some cooking pro tips. All for a reasonable price.

Great quality local, sustainably farmed meat and produce. We get all of our meat here! They have a nice selection of local products as well. The staff are super helpful and friendly. So glad we have this place nearby!
