Native Roots Marijuana Dispensary Vail

Been in twice now both times was met by Brian who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. They also run some really good promotions every month and for the quality of the product I can't seem to find a similar price in the valley, they also offered to price match if I did. In my experience I would highly recommend.

The customer service here is second to none. Rich completely fixed a problem with an order, and then went above and beyond to compensate for me coming back. Of all the dispensaries in the valley, this is by far my favorite one to visit. The budtenders are so kind and knowledgeable, and they answered all my questions without complainant (I asked a lot!). It's also very clean, efficient, and their website is always up to date which is helpful for checking what they have in stock before hand.

Even after coming here for years I still learn new things about this shop, like how their entire rewards system works. Adrian was awesome, took the time to help me set everything up and helped me redeem points. What an awesome shop!

AMAZING!!! Stopping here was the best decision we could’ve made, we were just a little impatient to wait for Denver and were helped by the kindest budtender named Adrian. He was patient, informative, and a pleasure to purchase from. He helped us get an uplifting sativa set to my personal preference, never passing the native roots in Vail without seeing the amazing staff and getting some fine affordable buds!

Had a great experience. Thought I knew it all until the manager explained in detail different uses and effects that come with different forms of consumption. He ended up saving me a ton of money in the long run, but more importantly now I get more effect from the plant.

We had such a wonderful experience. We were visiting Colorado for my cousins wedding and had never been to a dispensary before. The employee that helped us (I think it was Sana?) was super helpful and guided us through all the different options they had, and patiently answered all our questions (even the possibility stupid ones). Was overall very happy with everything I purchased and would definitely go back if I have the chance!

The store manager at the front was so friendly and organized. We were helped by Billy in the back, who let us take our time and really obviously knew his stuff and was so nice and non judgmental that we did not know our stuff :) Thanks to Billy we probably walked out with more than originally intended, in a good way!!
