Really nice grocery store in downtown Avon. Large selections of fresh produce, seafood, prepared foods, bakery items, and more. Lots of local products. We were able to find everything we needed here and more. Good sale prices too!

City Market has that rarest of rare things in this area: Affordable prices! The selection is very wide, they have a decent selection of organic items, and the fresh baked goods are good as well (we had a lemon cream cake). There are deals all over the store. If you have a Kroger card they take that, or they will give you a city card if you need one (you don't even have to register it to use it).

We have stayed at the Christie Lodge, Comfort Inn and BEAVER CREEK in AVON COLORADO and the City Market is our place to buy our groceries. We have been going to AVON for the past 7 years to visit our grandson for the summer, we buy everything we need it is nice and clean and very well stocked and the people that work there have always been nice and friendly to us.we drive up there every last week in July. We were just there last week of July.

The staff at this City Market are the nicest people you will meet! They are friendly, helpful, and genuine want your shopping experience to be great. We have been shopping here for six years and I won't go anywhere else. I am also constantly impressed with the quality and freshness of food and availability of items, which is a big thing considering how many people come thru these doors!

We like to shop here because the store is much busier the the Safeway and the City Market in Vail so the produce is much fresher. The store manager Jeff is a very helpful guy with a great understanding of his store. Lisa in the bakery is great with cakes and always very helpful.

I loved and enjoyed this regional chain, previously I had experienced the sister stores known as v Kroger while in the Atlanta area. We ordered our wedding cake which b was amazingly delicious and did v all of our food shopping while in the area. Loved the Seafood department most.

Pretty nice and good price store for the area. Very good selection of cheese and meats. Good pre made lunches and plates. I would recommend going early as it can get busy during season. Plenty of parking and knowledgeable staff to help.

Aside from being the only grocery store, this little mart does offer a pretty nice produce selection, has all my favorites and has a health food section. If I'm up for a crowded and tiny store - this would be my first choice.

Oh! Let's not forget, they've got the Starbucks kiosk! Very helpful!

Zoe in Starbucks was awesome! ♥ Supper sweet and very easy to communicate. Even thought she was by herself with a crazy amount of people in line, she staid focused and never lost her patience. Thanks again Zoe. Your Starbucks management gets one ⭐ for letting you by yourself during rush hour.

This review is for the Avon City Market Deli & Bakery. We got married last weekend in Avon and ordered numerous platters from both the bakery and deli. We absolutely recommend Avon's City Market bakery and deli! Their staff is very courteous and professional, and the food was great. I placed the orders online, and we ended up having three separate orders and different pick-up times. They were more than willing to help us organize paying for all of it at once (at our request) and arrange the different pick up times. I will definitely order platters from Avon's City Market again!

Great place. There always willing to help and always going out of there way to make sure you are satisfied. The points one earns are great and the deli is amazing. Wish some customers would treat the employees better. Great place to get anything.

Great grocery store option, especially for a resort town. We found all of our regular grocery items, even with several organic options. This is a kroger banner store and accepts their loyalty cards.

This is a good place you know. Not the cream of the crop but all ya really need are groceries anyhow and of those they have ample so 5star it is.

Great selection of food and fresh produce. Great customer service too! Bring your own bags as Avon no longer uses plastic bags.
