To whom it may concern… Y’all over water your plants in the Garden Center. Causing most of them to carry diseases regularly. Specifically fungal diseases that easily transfer from plant to plant. Check the soil before you buy, often you can see fungal diseases already growing as well as brown spot on the leaves. More often than not I’m purchasing already sick plants. Just something to keep in mind! Hopefully y’all have some sort of program in place for folks that can’t cure the sick plants- to bring in the dead ones & replace them? Or refund them? Those $50-$100 plants are not cheap…

We were driving from Denver to Moab with our camper and got into an accident which did significant damage to the side of the camper. One stop, got everything we needed for a patch that got us not only to Moab but all the way home. It was perfect! They staff was amazing, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Very happy with this location!

A short while back, I needed to buy a bathtub for a home improvement project. Sam at the Customer Service desk was fantastic! I had the product number with me, and she found that they might have one in stock. She wasn't able to find someone in plumbing, so she went herself to find the item and help me with it. I really appeciated her extra effort, and I was able to have the tub ready before the work started again. Thank you Sam! Also - I've had great experience with the paint department. Friendly, patient, and helpful.

Loving what we do

Gabriella at the Pro-Desk was extremely helpful and nothing short of impressive with her excellent customer service skills. We ran into a difficult situation and she was able to help us quickly find a resolution to our issue, remembered us from previous visits, and I had no doubt at any point that we would be taken care of. Love our local Home Depot team! Thank you for all that you do!

I just spoke with someone in appliances - Alina and she was amazingly helpful. She recommended that I call the main Home Depot number for a Black Friday multiple-appliance discount and she saved me $300 with his recommendation! Super competent - great customer service.

I spoke with Carla from customer service. She did an inventory check for me and she actually checked the inventory!
There was one more item in stock then what was in the online inventory.
I am beyond happy and I hope she gets a raise.

Great store that usually has everything I need in stock for same-day pickup. My last purchase was a Makita compressor. Love it.

I spend a lot of time at this store, but in particular more time at the pro desk than most.
Sally is extremely kind, was efficient in helping me even though the computer system was malfunctioning. She has a great attitude and is a nice part of using this Home Depot location. She deserves a pat on the back for helping keep the pro desk up to speed!

Came here for appliances for the entire house, had to wait awhile for Lori to work with us, well worth it. She went and got a ladder so I could see where the exhaust vents were located, answered all my questions, ordered some from online some in store. Best person I have ever worked with in this store for sure, she understands cust service.

Home depot is a great place. There is a very helpful person there named Yesenia. She pointed us to everything we needed and even watched our pup for us while we were trying to get supplies. She should be promoted - definitely has manager qualities!!

I've been coming here since they've opened. I've had just a few times where an order got screwed up, but with the turnover you get in a resort town it's gonna happen. When it comes to some of the staff that have been there for years such as Jim,Ralph and Hector just to name a few, they are the greatest! I can't tell ya how many times Ralph has helped out, even when it wasn't his dept! Some good peeps there.

The experience was much better I believe in Avon because my trip in the store was fast for the tools that were needed and also getting some other supplies. I was assisted by the staff at this location for questions on the conduit also while I was here. Also, the cashier Rosia is a great example of customer she took care of me while checking me out. I really felt she went above and beyond to make every customer she encountered feel appreciated and is the greatest example of customer service.

Thank you Home Depot for putting a store here! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Bonus - a really nice Super Walmart is a 1 minute walk away. Great location - Easy off and on the freeway or easy access from Avon or Hwy. 6.

My coworkers boyfriend took me here to buy me a Bernzomatic Torch on my birthday. He told me to wait in the car. The checkout, friendliness and speed all together made it a wonderful trip. He was in and out faster than I could even blink.

I've had very good experiences at this Home Depot location, including pickup of special order teak outdoor furniture. Well-stocked store. I only wish there was a Home Depot closer to me in Breckenridge---it's about 50 miles each way to either this location or to the Evergreen store. I much prefer Home Depot to the Lowes chain.

I work hazmat and we responded to a hazardous spill inside a tractor trailer in dillon, co. Were in need of a security seal for a tractor trailer and I called every store near me to get one from them and they couldn't help me. Carl from the tool rental at home depot was able to secure one for me to complete our job, he definitely didn't have to help us but he did. Thank you again carl!
