I stopped by this Shell station after a long day doing DoorDash to fill up and buy a bottle of water. Ty, the station attendant was working. He was such a nice, friendly and outgoing person. He told be about the Loop card and got me signed up so quickly. He greeted EVERYONE that came into the station. Just super personality and like an oasis in a world that seems so stingy on basic human kindness. I live nowhere near this station, but I hope the next time I am in the area doing my job, Ty is working and spreading joy. He definitely is an asset to Shell.

Shell is lucky to have such an awesome customer service representative and Im so happy he told me all about the loop card that saves me money!🤭

If you received 5 star service with a southern hospitality by a beautiful gentleman who always smiles and works hard with bursts of positive energy, it's most likely Ty! He is amazing and makes you feel welcome.

Anthony never seemed to stop refilling the service station items, restocking the shelves or assisting Ty with cleaning and making sure to keep the line short by opening his register. They are a great team and they made me feel comfortable, safe and appreciated. I'M going to come to this gas station FOR SURE and show my support! Thanks Ty and Anthony for saving the day for me in more ways than one and for being your dedicated selves because it's your energy that makes people like me feel happy to come to Shell.
