Fastback Moto

They went above and beyond servicing my bike and serving me. While mounting tires Tyler said new brake pads were needed and offered to do it right then. He had other things to do and could have asked me to come back later as my appointment was only for tires, but took the time to help me get on the road with confidence (in my brakes). Also reminded me to take it easy on new slippery tires (I easily could have goosed it and slid out pulling out on Redwood Road).
And we had a good time talking bikes and riding adventures.

P.S. I could have cleaned my rims better before going in. Sorry. I’m not much of a bike washer (My wash it riding in the rain), I did give it a cleaning after getting home.

If I could give Fastback moto 10 stars I would. I drove in from Cincinnati Ohio with a bike that was leaking oil pretty significantly. I needed to take it to a shop to get it fixed asap because I had a ride planned and no other Shop would even look at it. Tyler took my bike in and saved the day completing it in just a couple of hours. I can’t thank him and his team enough especially sequoia!

Fastback Moto is an excellent shop run by people that love to ride. 10/10 would recommend. Tyler and his crew can fix anything!

I made a spreadsheet and called 25 stores. They had the best price I could find on mounting and balancing motorcycle wheels. They did a great job went above and beyond and even cleaned it. this will definitely be my go to for the foreseeable future. there were a few little things I mentioned that they did not forget about. I appreciate the attention to detail.

Very friendly people. They took the time to give advice and seemed to care out providing good service. That is pretty rare these days. All work was done to my satisfaction and at a fair price. I will be going back whenever I need service in the future.

Had them put on the front tire on my ducati monster. They did a fantastic job and at a great price! My bud and I also bought jackets here, they have good discounts right now.

I've taken my ktm 300 in to fastback a couple times with issues that I couldn't figure out on my own. Both times I've had great, personable service and a super quick turnaround. Pricing is very fair also. Their lead mechanic is very knowledgeable and friendly. 10 out of 10 would recommend to my buddies to bring their bikes here.

Best place to have your bike worked on regardless of age. They are great communicators, honest and fair. Don’t let the dealers overcharge you for your repairs.

What a great experience with Fastback Moto!! My husband went there to get new tires on his Harley Davidson Fatboy. Had such a great experience that we came back to get tires on my Harley. Asked the owner about the belt guard being chromed, and he gave us an option to wrap it. Came out great! If you want to be treated like family….this is the place!! Great customer service, great communication, great prices!!

Dropped my bike off for a tire swap front and rear and they had it done in a few hours. Great staff and great service!
They also have some rad gear and bikes.

They're sweet, informative, and priced fairly! I also got my bike back pretty quickly even when they had a bit of a back log in the winter.

It is awesome to have a local shop with such a wealth of knowledge on such a variety of machines. From dirt to street, they can fix them all. In addition, Fastback Moto has the coolest shop dog in the state!
