Joshua is a great Nero massage therapist. He goes deep without causing pain to tight muscles. He's very friendly and professional. He listens and works on the areas that you feel need TLC at the time. I highly recommend him!

Joshua is the best massage therapist I have found. I am very active and tend to get lots of sports related injuries. Joshua always is able to find the root of the problem and provide relief and guidance on how to avoid future injuries. And his rates are very affordable! I refer all my friends here.

This is my second experience with Joshua and Jeremy and both have been 10/10.
They're excellent communicators, flexible (to me awhile to find parking and instead of being 10 minutes early was almost 10 minutes late 😪) but still had a gracious welcome, full session and then some.
Joshua is a Colorado Massage Gem- Knowledgeable is an understatement! He teaches at CIMT, is on the board/ director of American Massage Therapy Association, etc etc.
I feel blessed to receive care from him and highly recommend!

I went in for a deep tissue massage and it was hands down the best one I've ever received. I had all kinds of knots in my neck, shoulders, and back and Joshua worked out everything! I also got to learn about him and the reasons for the different services they offer, and I have to say I'm impressed! He seems like a genuinely kind and awesome person and I look forward to coming back for as long as I'm in the springs!

I was referred to Pikes Peak Wellness for help with my knee replacement healing and I couldn't be happier! Since then I also disconnected 2 of the 3 tendons that make up your hamstring!! So after that surgery, Joshua has helped to break up the scar tissue while also being sure to work with the rest of the body and muscles that are having to compensate while things are healing.
