Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Salt Lake City South

This is the hotel I normally stay at whenever I am in town overland Park (though have seen consistently price increase now). Good staff service, good service, Very close to T-Mobile overland park office, Costco,. In the winter, the parking lot tends to be very cold and windy...do not be surprised if you find your car covered with ice frozen overnight...

Easy check in/out. Room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! Pool and hot tub were both open. Used the washer and dryer while there and my clothes came out fine. Continental breakfast was fantastic! There was a topping bar for oatmeal or waffles. They had Udi's gluten free muffins available as well.

My kids liked it here and that is why I am giving it 5 stars. If you can make my kids happy, you have my vote. Personally I would have given it ⭐⭐⭐

The rooms are a bit on the smaller side but clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was nice. The indoor pool was fun. Overall, a pleasant experience and good value.

Nina at the front desk is always smiling and very friendly, easy to approach and definitely makes me and my family feels welcome at his location. Wishing her the very best and hope the management team recognizes her strong customer service skills!

I had a great stay here. The room was very well equipped, extremely clean and the staff were more than pleasant. I will make sure to stay here every time I'm back in the area. It will be tough to find rooms as nice as this for the price I paid.

Affordable, comfortable, and relaxing stay. The pool and hot tub were nice and refreshing. The bed was comfy with wonderful sheets. The staff was very nice and the whole facility smelt clean and fresh. Miss the continental breakfast bar (due to covid they give you a breakfast to-go bag). Overall, wonderful affordable experience.

Had to come to Utah from Arizona a week ago to have a funeral for my mother-in-law. The staff are the kindest, most caring and compassionate people I've ever met. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud.
The stay here has been a comfort in a very difficult time.
This is the only hotel I'll stay in on future visits to Murray.

The breakfast did the job, but it was all individually prepackaged items and sweet or full of dairy, so be sure to ask about dietary limitations the night before - or, better yet, get something warm at a grocery store or breakfast place.

The staff was very accommodating to several requests I had. I added a night to the front of my rez and left one day early and no problem. Room and entire property was very clean.
I stay at many levels of the Marriott hotels and this is priced right for the services delivered. As far as some of the negative comments I read here most are beyond the properties control. I would stay here again and would recommend the property.

It was an excellent stay for the 3 weeks I've stayed here. The employees were great to talk to and very nice. Shreya at the front desk was especially good to talk to. She had great customer service skills and was very nice and understanding. She helped me out alot and I enjoyed her great smile. The manager was also very helping and good to talk to. The room was good and the breakfast was great. The big sell was the front desk staff. Every person on every shift was amazing. Friendly and willing to go above and beyond. They were incredible.

The stay was great! Very clean accomodations and very friendly staff. The breakfast was better than average and a good variety. I've stayed at many hotels and for a more affordable hotel this place has a little better amenities. The rooms are a little plain but adequate. I enjoyed my stay with No issues.

Stayed here a few times. It's right off the freeway and there are restaurants within walking distance. The place is always clean and the staff is very friendly.

I usually try to pick Marriott when I travel because they're reliable, friendly, rooms are always clean and upscale, and they take good care of their patrons. Today's visit was no different. Clean room, good atmosphere, friendly staff.

It was a fantastic stay. Wonderful service, very nice staff. Our beds were remade perfectly for the second night. The only unimportant issues were one of our key cards stopped working and the lobby bathrooms needed a key to get into suggesting that it might be a sketchy place.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The hotel manager and her staff were amazing and the rooms were super clean, and the breakfast was fantastic! We’ll definitely stay there again when we’re in SLC!

Christina at the front desk was super friendly and knowledgeable. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. The room had a lot of lights microwave, clock, under the door. If you need dark sllep bring your eye mask. Everything else was wonderful
