We love to go swimming there and the water slide is so much fun!

This YMCA is gorgeous with a very friendly staff and incredible facilities. From the 5 lane lap pool to the 130' water slide, the pool facilities are great. The air quality is exceptional as well for an indoor pool with fountains and moving water. The fitness classes and the climbing wall are really great ways to stay fit and did I mention how great the staff are? Very friendly.

Beautiful facility with lots of great programs. The swimming pool area has a kid splash area, river current section, lap pool, hot tub and slide. This facility has a rock climbing wall and bouldering section. Make sure to check times. The machines seem new and operate well. There is also a child watch program.

Anastasia at the front desk was so accomodating and compassionate when I called to re-establish my membership over the last few months after my mother passed away and made it possible for me to come back right away to get working on my health and fitness which has been put off along with everything else while we were finishing up family business in Boise. Thanks for all the great years here...but especially this time is exactly the support I needed from this community. ❤

Great staff, very clean and state-of-the-art facilities. This is the best YMCA I have ever seen.

I like what YMCA stands for as a company and I feel this particular YMCA shows the model for which all should follow. This relatively new facility was funded by the community and has meeting rooms, free Wifi and a large quantity of local engagement events in Sun Valley.

This facility offers a spacious saline lap-pool and hot tub as well as a small outdoor basketball court, a GIGANTIC weight and cardio room and an EPIC rock wall.

I never have to fight for a cardio machine, but sometimes the weight room can get crowded (as in any gym-particularly afternoons on MWF). There could be more specialty machines, but this room definitely gets the job done.

Childcare is provided free for 2 hours here. The locker rooms and showers are quite excellent.

The one thing I would love to see here is actually an improvement in the rock gym. Currently the routes are marked with tape, and not color-coded holds. For people who are used to climbing in certain other gyms, this can get confusing. Even though there is something great about memorizing routes, it's a little more user friendly. The bouldering cave also needs some serious work. In my opinion, the asana crash-pad-floor needs to be doubled up or just a little more fall-friendly. The problems are great, but almost impossible to read with tape falling off every time someone makes a dynamic move. I see this section of the gym as having potential and I think that the overall rating still reflects the quality. There are great, challenging routes and problems here, but the taping method needs to be replaced by color-coded holds.

Great place to work out in Sun Valley. Not too expensive, and a nice space!

Beautiful YMCA. Climbing area, swimming pool, gym, tons of studios/exercise rooms. The staff are super sweet, especially front desk! Always so welcoming. The waterslide is epic.

We love the Y! So awesome for our family. Clean, safe, healthy, and fun. The pool also offers life vests for our non-swimmers.

Amazing environment for the whole family.

I've never been to a better YMCA. It has everything you could ask including climbing walls, water slides, swimming pools and all the equipment for physical upkeep.

The facility is very nice with lots to do. My kids had an awesome time with rock climbing.

Friendly staff, great yoga class ( and I am not into yoga) beautiful pool when not too busy and always treadmills available.

It is a great place to recreate specially for kids! All personnel is warm and very kind.

Very nice YMCA. We took a yoga class with Richard Odom (my first) and he was excellent.

Welcoming family friendly environment for all, clean equipment, lots of fun classes to stay active, and many programs for all ages to participate in!!
