I didn't want to use this Uhawl location because I read the terrible reviews and there was more negative than positive. But I didn't have a choice but to use this location because it was close to my house and my car was in shop. Not only was service extremely slow especially when there was three people waiting in line but the employee took his time. I ordered a dolly With my Uhawl and by the time I noticed when I got home I couldn't go pick it up because they close at 1pm on a Saturday. It was extremely difficult moving an entire house by myself without a dolly in the middle of August. I won't be recommending this Uhawl location to anyone

Worse experience ever. They know they're the only game in town and they treat you like it! No after hours drop off in the winter so they charge you for extra days. Windshield was cracked when picked up and they said it wasn't. Charged an extra $100 deposit because f issues with their card machine, and indifferent serice.indifferservicecustomservice.
