Wagon Wheel RV Park

My husband and I stayed at Wagon Wheel RV in Portales NM for 7 months. Very nice young couple owns the place and were very attentive to any of our needs. It was very peaceful and quiet during our long stay. The most important part for me was that I felt safe at this park due to them having security cameras. Never had any sewer or electrical problems the entire 7 months we were there. They have a laundry room, showers, and bathrooms also which was a BIG POSITIVE for me not having to go to town to a Laundromat. Walmart is just down the road which was a big plus for us. Overall I would give them (10) stars ⭐ if possible. If your ever in the area give them a try. Highly recommended. Happy customer from Texas.

Stayed here while visiting friends in Portales. Great location off route 70, so easy in and out. Owner is very nice, loved the honor system. Walmart 3 miles down the road. Not fancy, but very peaceful and felt very safe. All hook ups worked great. Highly recommend!

Very friendly owners and very accommodating! The park is exceptionally well kept and clean! Minutes away from Portales N.M. and a Walmart and 15 minutes away from Clovis N.M.. The rates are more than reasonable with full hookup's water, sewage & 50 amp service. Our 40ft 5th wheel fit beautifully. There is a nice grassy area for our 4 legged kids to take care of their business. Really enjoyed our stay!!

Nice lil spot to pull in for the night. Friendly, courteous staff. Made sure we had a business card in case of after hour issues, didn't have any. Should our wheels travel this way again, we will be stopping!

The owner was great! He really went out of his way to make sure our stay was great! They have newly remodeled bathrooms and showers!! I WILL DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN!!

Had a great time at wagon wheel rv park! Very clean friendly people. Newly renovated bathrooms. Over all peaceful place very accommodating. I visited the horses and donkeys on the property it made it a better stay. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Very nice RV park, tucked away. Every one was pleasant and helpful. Great place to stay, close enough to town but still away from the busyness of town.

Very peaceful. You can hear the birds chirping. Easy access to everything. Will be our home for a few months.
