Clarkdale Park

Took the family for hours to gaze and touch and explore so many rooms of copper. What a rich history of wealth in copper.

Great for family events. Cool playground. Beautiful area. Clean restrooms. Lovely community. Dog friendly too! With poo stations. Smack dab in the middle of a walking distance township.
We attend almost every outdoor concert held there. It's our favorite grassy shade tree haven.

+JMJ Very lovely, clean park which offers a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains. Also, found the Historic Markers to be laden with interesting vintage photos in addition to just the right amount of written history. The park also has the following: swings and slides, a Bandstand, and a very clean men and women restroom facility, concrete picnic tables, and lots of park benches. This is a fantastic place to walk around, have a picnic, throw down a blanket for a little outdoor relaxation, or use as a starting place to tour the very quaint town of Clarkdale. And, though I haven't attended any, I am aware that concerts and movies are scheduled during the summer evenings. Clarkdale Park is a beautiful little treasure in this sleepy little town.
UPDATE. Wednesday, 10 August 2022, Something else to add. There is free WiFi available. Have also noticed people bring their dogs to walk through and around the park. The sidewalks are fairly even and the grass is so green and lush. This park offers an opportunity to just be. Lovely!!

It's a really nice little Park in a small town. I like to walk my dog there. There is a playground for the kids. The gazebo gets decorated for holidays.

Very nice park with good facilities! We enjoyed an outdoor concert there which was great!

My wife and I visit Clarkdale Park several times a year for the free summer concerts. We usually get there a couple of hours before the concerts start and bring a picnic dinner to enjoy in the park.
During the concerts they also have a "50/50" raffle drawing where the town splits half the proceeds with the raffle winner.
It's a nice small town park with a hometown feel. It's a great chance to get out of town for the weekend, and we camp at Dead Horse Ranch State Park after the concert.

It was a great time to hang out and relax with awesome people in the park, listen to music and just enjoy life.

Probably the nicest park in Yavapai County. The drinking fountain works and the facilities are nice and clean. So worth stoping for.

Had a walk after lunch with my wife. And it was so peaceful.

Hometown area that is surrounded by good memories. Now even better as my grandkids suggested the gazebo for photos during our evening out at Christmas.

Beautiful!! Went there for last summer concert. Awesome! Also was there for David Andrew's bench dedication for his time in the Lions club & contribution in the Clardale Community. He was a great man & great Father in law. 🤗

I have been coming to this park since I was a child. Every year they make it nicer. I'm happy my kids can enjoy it too.

Summer concert series on Fridays and Saturdays is wonderful in an outstanding setting. Fresh squeezed lemonade, popcorn, cotton candy and shaved ice were all available during my visit.

Take my kids once a month, they adore the gazebo and swings and i adore the open area so i can see them while they're running about the park. Special thanks to the Clarkdale police who patrole relentlessly to ensure our children's safety!

This is a sweet little city park that has recently re-landscaped. Playground for kids. Pet friendly with waste disposal stations. It has a historic gazebo. There is plenty of parking spots and close to restaurants and a Copper Museum. Clarkdale is a quaint friendly town. We love it!!

It created an atmosphere to relax n talk about the past n future

Quiet and peaceful after dark. The gazebo is always lit up which is cool. Plus the sprinklers were on for the grass + it helped cool the whole park down.
