Everytime I've come in, the gentlemen are very helpful and kind, especially Zayne and Zach. They're always at the front ready to help and greeting me with a smile. I've gotten all of my cats favorite toys and treats here.

Nancy is so wonderful! Knows us by first name, is kind, courteous and friendly!

We have been getting our pet supplies from Olsen's for years. Nancy is great. She always remembers what food we buy and with a big greeting at the door she walks us over to the food section. I never have to carry it to my vehicle and they always have fun goodies I can get my dogs. They also have rewards program on the brand of food I buy. Thank you for your friendly service and knowledgeable staff.

Went in with a freind who was doing the purchasing. The place is well stocked with premium brand dog and cat foods. A variety of supplies and animal aid items also offered. Was asked several times if I needed help. Nice stop.

Great store, they carry nice quality pet foods and can special order items as well. Very nice people. It also feels good to shop local instead of corporate!

Went there to socialize my dog, as well as, purchase dog treats. Very friendly staff which allowed me to continue walking my dog throughout the store after I had made my purchase. The young lady at the register gave Dierks dog treats but only asking if it was okay. Very much appreciated. Dierks and I will be returning.

We buy our dog food there. Nice people. They also have a good deal on Blue Buffalo. Buy ten 30lb bags and get the next one free. They also give you a year to accomplish that.

Friendly staff, competitive prices, and many options for your house pets or live stock. They will load your feed or hay and stuff as well. I didn't even ask and fully capable, but they just had me pull around and someone loaded it up. Nice touch!

They have a great selection of all the well-known and not so quiet well-known brands. The customer service is excellent. I highly recommend them for all your pet needs.

The workers at Olsen's are always friendly and helpful. The prices are better than other feed stores in the area. And their Premium Alfalfa hay is the only thing my picky mare will eat.

+JMJ...Great place to stop in for a look around and to purchase some gardening items. The staff are super friendly and helpful when giving info about items of interest. Also, my experience during a visit which made me really appreciate them is their willingness to suggest another store if they don't have what you are looking. I found that attitude to be very helpful and generous.

These are true animal lovers. There is no other place in Cottonwood/Sedona where you can actually talk to staff about what you need and get recommendations on dog food, horse tack, etc. Great selection of quality pet food.

Needed an earwash and treatment for my black lab. Associate was very helpful, explained options, was very patient with my questions.
Need to go there more often, rather than the 'Big Box Store'.

I only went in to get propane, didn't look around, i have no complaints. Next time I'll check out the pet foods and supplies. I can tell you right off the bat that their products are much better than pretty much anything at Petsense (i think That's the name of the place, in cwood next to the grocery store. One of the worst pet stores I've ever been in.) .

Had the D.E. I needed and always best prices. My dogs like the extra treats I brought home for them. Animal friendly store.

The staff are very helpful. Nancy ordered a special item for one of my pets and called me as soon as it had arrived. I have shopped there for the past 16 years.

Thank You Rob as always for making me feel like I'm the ONLY person in all of Arizona who has a horse when I order hay! Always polite, thoughtful to my concerns, and consistent throughout the year with this great attitude.

So helpful though a bit pricy. Lots of choices for dog food and they forgive you a discount card and do community events. Will go back.
